Updated review: Used the app. The app receipt and the in store order did not match. I was able to see it for myself between the app, the email, and the store receipt. Check to be sure where the mistake is before freaking out on the person in the store. 🤪 The app also messed up my times. The store gets the order at pickup time currently. So "pickup" is actually "please start". Again, app issue, not store issue. With ALL THAT said, I had an outstandingly positive customer service experience in store with a young man named Brandon. Customer service in store - stellar. Customer service corporate - sucky. Store was super busy. Most tables full. Was reasonably clean for amount of traffic through there. I saw super fast service in all areas, front of store, drive thru and mobile orders. Food was hot and fresh. Accurate to the order "in store" was given. (Corporate screwed up though). I'd recommend this location, and I'll return to this location. However, next time, we'll pull out my online order while I'm still in store and make sure we match what I'm paying for. 😁 10/25
Original review The food was fantastic!!! The service was abysmal. I waited in line to tell them I had a mobile pickup order for longer than 15 minutes. According to the clock, it took 17 minutes to pick up an order that was ready before I got there. They had one cashier handling everything up front. She said "the computer is messed up, it keeps ringing in something else, that's why I'm so slow" on repeat. People were standing everywhere, no line, no defined wait space, mobile and delivery shelves turned backwards, inaccessible, so there was no such thing as "save time ordering ahead". I never did make it to the front of the line. An employee got annoyed at my large bag of food that "has been sitting in the way all freaking night" (did she think I couldn't hear her?) and hollered out, annoyed, for me to pick up my order. The woman at the register freaked out thinking I hadn't already paid, and because I jumped three spots up to get my food. I really was not impressed with the service or the cleanliness of the dining area. It was, as stated, abysmal. The food however, was outstanding. Read moreAlways give me the wrong order, always missing something in my order. I have been going here for years because it is closer to home but always very disappointing when you don't get the right order when you need to feed a big family and expecting you get all your stuff. Plus we have to take uber to get our order, when we get home it's hard to get back out there to get it fixed and when we called them and they promised to replace it. Whe you order next time and the employees won't honor it coz they don't know about it.
Today, as usual we picked up some $20 fill up bucket that supposed to have 3 sides and 8pcs Chicken and we asked for no wings and willing to pay extra to substitute other pcs but guess what, we only got 3 drum and 2 breast and that's it, where are the rest of the 3pcs? When I called them, they told me they were different shift and they has Nothing to do with this. Asked me if I have receipt and I told them I was paying with credit card and I wasn't provided with a receipt then they straight out saying that was impossible and tell me nothing they can do. Read moreI typically order on the app and go through the drive through because I just want to go home from work, well, I've come 3 times counting today, the past two times I have never had a problem, today, with not a person behind me in the drive through I was told I needed to come inside, once my order was ready and I collected it, I asked the guy for further details, He said that the drive through was on a timer. As someone who's worked in a place with the timer that said how long we were taking on an order, I knew what he was talking about, but the order I was picking up was not big or small, and no less than 2 minutes after I go in the lobby my food was ready so I think it was absolutely REDICULOUS that I was asked to come in for that. You either need to let up on your employees with that time crunch or if the timers time crunch isn't real tell your employees to do better.
