I Realize That the Rating System Is Intended to Be For the Product or Services That Said Business Offers ,In This Case It's Food , Pizza In Particular ,Of Which Donatoes Is & Always Has Been the Absolute Best ,From Taste , Structure & Consistent Quality of Each to the Friendliness , Politeness & Courtesy of the Staff & the Consistency of These Things As Well ! These Reasons Alone Make A 5 ★︎ Rating A Just & Extremely Easy Thing For Me , & I Assume Every Repeat Customer ,to Give Them In Thier Business! I Would Gladly Give Them A Rating Much Higher If It Was Possible Based On the Fact That I Have Been Ordering From Them For Well Over 20 yrs Now & Due to A Number of Different Reasons ,Ordering From Not Just One or A Couple of Thier Locations ,But From Nearly All of Thier Tri-State Locations ,From Everywhere in & Around Cincinnati to Multple N Kentucky Locations & Locations As Far Away As Dayton & Columbus & the Things I Mentioned Have Always Been the Standard At Each !! Which Is Why Donatoes Has Easily Been My Favorite Since the Beginning ! But This Review Is Also About More Than Just Food & Customer Service & It's Also About More Than the Amazing Consistency ,Quality & Excellence They've Shown As A Business & Corperation Over the Last 20+ yrs . This Review Is Also About Compassion ,Understanding ,Empathy , Kindness ,Hope & the Human Spirit In General & How the People & Employees At One Particular Store ( the Glenway Ave Location In Cincinnati Ohio ) Either Confirmed or Reestablished My Faith &/or Belief In These Things & Did It w/o Being Asked , w/o Hesitation , w/o Any Promise or Reassurance of Reciprocation of Any Kind & Did It w/o Any Type of Judgement or Air of Being "Better" Than Anyone Else !! & The Gracious & Understanding Way That These Acts Were Done Are Even More Amazing & Say So Much About This Particular Store & Maybe Donatoes In General , When It Became Apparent That It Was This Way w Each of the Employees I Came Into Contact w During This Experience ,, Age , Position In the Company , Race or the Sex of the Person/Employee Made No Difference In It ,Nor Did the Fact That the World Is In the Middle of This Ongoing & Scary "Covid 19" Crisis , Which Is Even More Astonishing In Every Imaginable Way !! The Exact Acts of These People & Employees Are to Numerous to Mention & Being In the Middle of the Aforementioned Crisis May Only Open the Door For Fear Mongers & Negativity In General From Those Who Have Never ( Hopefully Will Never ) Be In the Extremely Difficult Position That I Was In or Those Looking For An Outlet to Release Thier Fear!! But to Those Who May Wonder What Acts Exactly or How Said Acts of Kindess May Have Been Done ,, Have No Fear , Each of These Amazing & Awesome Acts of Kindness & Generosity Were Done w the Health & Well Being of Myself , Themselves & the General Public Being Placed First Above All Else !! Two times we have ordered from this location, never again.

The first time we called they immediately hung the phone up. Called back, they hung up. Called back again a woman answers...after placing the order it literally took over an hour to be delivered. We called, they immediately hung up when they answered. Called back the woman answered and said they tried to deliver, but the house said they didn’t order food. Obviously tried to deliver to the wrong house. So they sent out the order again which took long too. They did not charge us and gave us free cookies because it literally took close to 2 hours to get the actually order we originally ordered.

Second time we placed the order the woman on the phone was by far the least people person ever with zero manners. Our order of 2 large pepperoni pizzas were delivered about 50 minutes later, or half of our order and along with someone else’s order. Luckily we were able to catch the driver before she left and gave her “Nicole’s” (the random order we received) pizza hat she delivered. She said she was sorry and would go get our other pizza.

About 20-25 minutes our other pizza arrived with a free 2 liter of Pepsi...we don’t drink soda so no thanks. Now our guest and us have 1 warm and 1cold pizza. Not to mention it seems like the second pizza wasn’t even completely done because they may have rushed it out for second delivery. I called and complained and asked how they could make it right and the lady with zero people skills said she couldn’t because the pizza was delivered, and no credit could be issued because the manager is delivering pizzas. Obviously they don’t know a manager needs to be in the store to actually...

I ordered food from this location via doordash. When my pizza and chicken arrived, the pizza looked like someone threw it in a car. I assumed it was the dasher until I looked at the chicken. The chicken was cold and barely had sauce on it. The box also looked smashed. We ate a slice of pizza and it was absolutely disgusting. The cheese tasted weird and it wasn't completely done. I looked back at when I placed my order and when they stated it had been picked up, and there is no way they took their time and made fresh food. I believe they either dropped the box of pizza or just threw old pizza in a box and threw old chicken in a box. But after seeing how smashed the box was, I truly believe they purposely dropped, undercooked, smashed and served cold disgusting food. Myself and my son immediately had upset stomachs and we're in the bathroom. You all charge an insane amount of money via doordash to have food that literally made us sick. It was so bad that I received extra money from doordash based on the pics I sent. I'm sure it doesn't matter to you, but I will never order from this location again. And after the trama of getting sick, I doubt I will ever order from Donatos in general. Do better and train your...
