No stars. Pulled Pork sandwich had almost no meat and 6 pickles shoved to one of sandwich. 10 piece chicken nuggets had only 8 nuggets. When I discovered this I drove all the way from my home back to your Burger King and asked to see the manager. I showed him the disgusting Pulled Pork sandwich that had nothing in it but half a teaspoon of cold pork and some Bar-B-Q sauce with several tiny white strands of - I'm assuming - onions that looked like maggots. I told him about the 8 chicken nuggets thrown into a small crushed paper bag (also cold and should have been 10) and he gave me a cash refund for the sandwich & the nuggets, but made no eye contact with me and never said a word the entire time. He also had to ask another staff member how to get cash from the register which made me wonder how he could have really been a supervisor or manager of any kind. I left the building with a cash refund and the two whoppers with cheese I had included on my original order (now also cold -- the "manager" never bothered to ask me if I wanted fresh replacements or even apologized to me in any way for this unacceptable inconvenience). I left with two cold soggy whoppers and a complete waste of 45 minutes of my time as, by now, I was headed into heavy rush hour traffic to get home. This entire nightmare was a study in absolute employee incompetence and utter disregard for customer service or the reputation of...

Went through the drive thru and tried to give them my code for the app, was told by the drive thru worker they would get it from me after the transaction. Oppsie, they forgot. When i went inside and asked the manger “Krista” (she wears the purple shirt cause she’s clueless, not because she’s the manager)for help i was told “that app is by a 3rd party company and we aren’t even allowed to use it”. I tried to ask them to help me and guide me to putting it on the app, NOPE! I find it hard to believe you work for a company and don’t know how to navigate the app. You aren’t trained on it? “No”, is what i was told. “The only way i can get you the points is by re ringing the transaction.” I was fine with that, but she wasn’t. I did get a refund thankfully, but not before i had to wait for her to scold her crew for not taking the app code when i offered it. Krista do better. If you can’t handle the fast food manager position at Burger King and keeping up with the Apps, the company you work for offers, then step down. You’re clueless leading...
Read moreI bought a whopper with cheese, nuggets, large fries and they failed to put cheese on the burger. Of course this was realized after I got home. I called the establishment and they literally answered the phone and the sat it down on the counter for 53 minutes. How I know it was almost an hour that I was on hold is because I had my phone on speaker while I listened to every customer come through the drive thru and diner. I also tried calling the restaurant from my land line while still on hold on my cellphone, but the line would only ring busy. I tried this several times, but realized that there was only one line for the restaurant so I stopped trying. I continued holding until 53 minutes before deciding to hang up. Exactly 1 minute after hanging up, I was able to call back the restaurant and a manager by the name of Nikki answered the phone so unfortunately she got the brunt of my anger. This is my second bad fast-food experience in 48 hours between Tennessee & Ohio. It never fails when I go...
