The worst experience with this location. I had a previous ordeal ( under cooked doughy food) back in Feb of this year. Situation was rectified. We’ve been ordering since then and being sure to add; WELL DONE to the order; things happen and typically I’m understanding and willing to give space for correction. I’ve ordered multiple times since then with orders ranging for 30 to 70+ dollars. Tonight we ordered 3 large pizzas ranging for 2-3 toppings each; WELL DONE, 2liter and a order of bread sticks.
Order arrived. All THREE pizzas are doughy, toppings literally falling off. I have three teenagers, of course someone is willing to see if it’s edible. My child literally had pizza dough STUCK to the roof of his mouth!!! How insane.
I called in; on hold for 30min
Finally reach a supervisor, who contacts the store. Of course I want a full refund and even offered for the pizza to be picked up as this order was delivery.
These unprofessional people tell me since I have a history and the time it currently it is and with the store being closed and for driver safety; I’ll have to come return the pizza to the store in order to receive the refund.
How I’m I held accountable for the job Bridgetown Larosa failed to do.
What about the customer safety. If I wanted to come in the store I would’ve selected carry out oppose to delivery
Telling me I have a “history” is extremely insulting. When in fact Bridgetown Larosa has a history of serving undercooked food and having unrealistic expectations of customers
Lesson learned for me and my family and hopefully this review prevents someone else from encountering this problem in the future
To spend your funds and have to endure blatant disregard is unsettling in my opinion.
If my experience helps a family! Do not order from...
Read moreBridgetown LaRosa’s … We waited for a table for 6 Adults and 5 kids for about 25 minutes on Sunday, only to be told they wouldnt serve us when our table became available because we had 2 8yr olds in our party who were wearing soccer cleats (we came straight from a full day of soccer games) and the restaurant has a “no cleats” policy. No signs posted anywhere, we were told it would ruin their new floors (wood laminate…). Because we had 2 elderly people, one wheelchair bound, we offered to carry the two kids To the table and keep them seated to avoid the hardship of getting the handicapped person to a new restaurant and another long wait with 5 hungry kids. They still denied is service. I couldve pointed out the handful of patrons dining who were wearing heels, which are equally if not more destructive, but at this point decided we didnt want to eat somewhere with such poor customer service at the outset. We love LaRosa’s but will never return to the...
Read moreWe arrived at 12:40pm and seated right away. Our server took our drink order, then said she would be back to take the food order. She brought our drinks, set them down and walked away. We waited for 10 minutes, then she came back. We ordered a family salad with bacon on the side and a large pizza. As she was walking away she said, "thanks for being easy.". She brought the salad out right away. We waited 20 minutes for our pizza. Not sure why it took so long for the pizza to come out, but..... As we were eating our salad we noticed that most of the tables around us had people playing cards or games and they kept asking the servers for refills on their drinks. It's great that LaRosa's allows people to do this, but it takes away from other guests. I'm sure if our server wasn't handling multiple drink refills, our experience would have been better. We paid at 1:50pm. So, it took us an hour and 10 minutes to get drinks, salad...
