McDonald's — Restaurant in Green Township

It was a cold raining April day. After we have been running our errands all day and shop at Sam's Club, my wife wanted a French Vanilla Latte and pie for our ride home. I wish I saw these online reviews before I placed my order. I should order on my APP instead drive through, but my wife insist it is faster going through drive thru. That was another mistake, the line was long and we didn't get a receipt for our order. When we finally got to the pick up window, only our pie was ready and we can see the staff was having a issue with the coffee machine. We were told to pull over to the side and the coffee will be right out. We waited 6 more mins for our coffee. I took a sip of our coffee when I got on I-74, it was just coffee with cream, not French Vanilla Latte. The limited time Strawberry Cream Pie was cold like it was in the refrigerator. I was very disappointed with the food and service. After I read the reviews on Google, I guess I was not the first, and will not be the last unsatisfying customer. Last time I was in (never drive thru cuz I always order too much for my large family) my order was made all but for my McCafe drink, but no one cares there so it was never made, my order cleared. I wait at the counter clearly needing assistance as the manager herald walked past me 3 times and never said a word to me. The people behind me then had their order called by a hatless young lady who had bagged their food. They didn't come at the 2nd call so she dropped their bag on the counter (in a way which made me glad it wasn't my food), and walked away proclaiming she didn't care. Also walking right past me, not paying any attention to me still there looking like I need help. I had it then with the didn't care. I demanded my coffee be refunded and left.

We live close and like the location and restaurant, but until that upper management steps up and deals with it's crappy crew, it's gonna stay a crappy...

I recently went to the archway's North bend McDonald's at 5425 West North bend road. The store was recently remodeled and had self-serve ordering equipment. We ordered our meals at the counter. The young man who waited on us was extremely polite and professional and helped us with our order. We had received a coupon at the Florence y'all's baseball game. As we left the game. We were sitting in the McDonald's section at the stadium. Our seats were spectacular and the game and atmosphere was fantastic. We drove from Sharonville to this store to redeem our coupons and it was worth the drive. My wife ordered a fish sandwich meal and I ordered a quarter pounder with bacon meal. This is my first time ever having a quarter pounder sandwich at McDonald's and I was very impressed with the quality of the sandwich. Normally I order double cheeseburgers without ketchup. Anyway. I just wanted to compliment the whole crew at that facility. It was clean. It was new. The service was quick. The food was fresh...
