This is the only starbucks on my way to work. It only ever has one employee to start the day. I always place mobile orders because I have to. I get if its not ready when I place a mobile order before entering the store, that makes sense. But I never do that. Its about 15-20 minutes between my house and the location. At first I placed my orders at the half way point. Every time I did that it was another 10-15 minute wait once there for my drink with people who had just walked to the counter and placed their order getting theirs first. Fine, okay, today I place the order right when I left my house. 15 minutes to make a Venti Mocha Cookie Crumble with Xtra Cookie and a cookies and cream cake pop, its not rocket science, its easy to expect it could be done by the time I get there. I walked in, "Did you have a mobile order?" Not a person in sight customer wise and it hadn't even been started. Thankfully she had it made in 5 minutes, better than any other day. But if I have to walk in and tell the Barista I have a mobile order i might as well not mobile order at all! The point of doing the mobile order is to not wait and it be ready when I get there, and every other starbucks even the ones in michigan seem to understand this. Read moreThe service was great and there was little to no line. Compared to other Starbucks my order came out relatively quick. I've never had a poor experience from this establishment. The employees were nice and seemed confused as i was when I showed them that Google maps said this place was closed indefinitely. Not sure how that mistake managed to happen. Glad I reported the mistake. This place is very convenient for on the go orders as well as a nice sit down place if you wanted to. Parking is the same as the Kroger parking lot. I don't see how this place wouldn't be kid friendly. Prices were average for Starbucks nothing too expensive but nothing cheap like 99 cent coffee. when it comes to quality you definitely get what you paid for. This was very unprofessional to take a break at 12 when alot of people break at noon im sure business is busy for them at that time i just feel she didnt put her customers first.
