Almost 100% of time my order is messed up. I was handed my order, as I walked out I looked in the bag to see only one of 3 items. Upon return, I was shown on the bag there was only one item ordered. I showed that my online receipt had 3 items. The manager looked at my phone and bagged the missing donuts. I asked for a free donut for compensation. Usually the order gets home before finding out the large sweet coffee has milk in it or its black, donuts and sandwiches are being cut up so there's enough for everyone, and they don't get their favorite, we have to stop somewhere else because food is missing. If I call up, I'm told they'll fix it next time.
The manager insisted on arguing with me that they gave me the correct order - Yes, only AFTER I PROVED they gave me the wrong one initially.
Fine, I'll ride up to Wal-Mart or Publix, keep your donuts, just give me a refund. Sorry, we can't refund orders from the app. You'll have to call them.
Then an employee jumped in and lied, saying the employee who had given me the one item had called me back because I had forgotten the rest of my order!!! WHAT?? Even the manager, who had been the one to the bag with the missing donuts knew that was BS. The guy stood there repeating himself, "I was standing right next to him and heard everything" Finally the manager told him to stop talking and stay out of it.
Then she said, "What kind of donut do you want?" I said Apple fritter. "No! Only glazed donuts...
Read moreI USED TO BE a repeat customer back when I was in school since it was one of the few Dunkin’s on my way. I used to get the same thing & it almost always tasted different, so we already have a lack of consistency. Ordering in store was a pain because most of the time this made me late for class & the longest part was just waiting for someone to come to the counter. Today, I started my day late & as I was reading the menu someone yelled at me through the speaker saying I had to move because of their timer & because of how rude they were, my friend & I just left. I’d rather take a detour & go to the one on Lake Worth near target or the one by the turnpike, as a customer spending money with a corporation I’d rather go to a location where the staff is respectful to the customers, patient & kind enough to offer recommendations if needed & actually make the orders the way they are supposed to. This is the only Dunkin that I’ve repeatedly had negative...

Place cant make a coffee right ever. Order a iced caramel macchiato here and you will receive something different and wrong every time. Ask them to remake it and you get whatever they just gave you somehow worse and with all the ice melted. Basically room temp bitter milk half the time. Its either bitter milk or sweet milk. Never coffee. They only put enough coffee in it to make the drink brown. I don't think they know what they are trying to do half the time. I wish this place wasnt here so that going to a store that makes it right halfway across town wouldn't be in reaction to how awful this one...
