Mama Leone's Pizza — Restaurant in Greenacres

Zero Stars!!! I received my delivery order last night & it was wildly disappointing!  The steak sub was basically empty,  it's mostly bread.  We ordered a GLUTEN FREE PIZZA for my boyfriend who is severely allergic to gluten. We specifically order from places that have a gluten free menu. Gluten free pizza, has gluten free toppings a 100% of the time in my experience. This pizza arrived burnt, & with breaded chicken all over the pizza?  I called just to ask if maybe the breading was gluten free..1st the man on the phone told me yes! After I further questioned him he told me he buys the chicken, he doesn't make it, so he doesn't know?  So that means it's normal breaded chicken.  I said, on a gluten free pizza you typically only have gluten free toppings unless requested otherwise.  He told me he always puts breaded chicken on the gluten free pizza & has "had no issues with doing that so far".  He suggested I pick the gluten covered chicken off. It took an hour for my order to arrive & he wanted me to wait for a new pizza. It was already 9:45pm. (Plus I wouldn't have trusted anything else coming from this place) I asked for some kind of refund instead, but he was unwilling to do that.  The order was $55!!!  I wouldn't order from this place ever again.  I asked why he's SO incredibly rude to costumers & I'd like to speak to a manager.  But he was the owner! Omg.. I hung up with no resolution, no refund, nothing.. We also ordered jumbo wings, that are really tiny. We ordered multiple sides of blue cheese, we got none. What a huge waste of money. When placing my order initially, the owner also refused to give me my final total on the phone & the delivery man was unwilling to provide any kind of receipt. I thought that was...

Ventured into this slice of hell and will never go back. I attempted to enjoy my precious 30 minute break at this "restaurant" and was acquainted with the nine levels of disrespect.

There was no warm welcome or greetings of any kind upon arrival. I waited 5 minutes to have my order be taken despite there being no other customers in the vicinity. The employees were gathered around a table and cheering for a sport game on the television instead of working. The restaurant was filthy and had an aroma of stale cigarettes. The "lunch special" was an overpriced slice of pizza that was a soggy piece of cardboard nuked in the microwave. When I paid for my order, he refused to give me back my credit card unless I humored him in conversation. Once I rejected him, he claimed I was using a fake card or had stolen it from someone else and needed to see my license as proof. He was overly touchy when finally handing back my card. Once I vowed to never come back, he would blatantly stalk and stare at me on my way to work everyday. Now that I refuse to even acknowledge his existence, he has spread malicious rumors about me and my workplace in order to defame my reputation.

In summary, stay away from this place if you have any sense of self-respect or understand the value of a dollar because this establishment violates both. Women should especially beware with his...

I received an Italian cold sub with mayonnaise, I’m allergic to mayonnaise, I asked for olive oil in the side and did not get , I call the owner in the phone hung up on me and refused to hear this problem, the owner who delivered our items did not have change and was going to keep my 8.00 , i had to stop her from running off with my change. My sister ordered Alfredo fettuccine and got spaghetti with Alfredo sauce. This is our last time here. So don’t ever come here. I had to throw away the sun and my sister was crowed out with the spaghetti noodles and not fettuccine noodles. Owner deliver and another owner hung up on me and did not care about my complaint, said they don’t carry olive oil and red vinegar, how can an Italian restaurant not have olive oil and vinegar to put on the side for an Italian sub.
