If I could give this location 0/5 stars I would. This location messed my order up twice and gave me a credit to use for next time. I then came in with my daughter to use it, and the store manager Jason, who was very rude started to scream at my daughter, after she originally went in and explained to him we had a credit. After she came out and told me how aggressive he was being, I stepped in. He refused to allow us to use the credit we had showing in the system, and told us to go somewhere else because he’s “not doing it”. I told him we never got the opportunity to use our credit for the messed up orders, and he still denied. He claimed allowing us to use the credit is “coming out of his pockets”. This location has gone down hill lately tremendously. Therefore, do yourself a favor and go to another location, or a locally owned business. The power is in the consumer! Corporate must not read their reviews, or they would change management in a heart beat. #My dollars...

Therefore, we eventually came in to redeem our credit, and instead I was met with the store manager Jason who was extremely rude and aggressive off the bat. After explaining there was a credit in the system, that also showed on his end, He began to yell and say “I’m not doing it! So you can go somewhere else”. He claimed that allowing us to redeem the credit will “come out of his pockets.” He also claimed “If Papa Johns messes up your pizza, then you don’t need to come here.” He continues to be extremely aggressive and toss things around while pacing through the store. I specifically asked her if they deliver to my development, she put me on hold and said yes. I proceeded to order a pizza, and she told me 45 minutes for delivery. After nearly 1 1/2 hours, I called and spoke with her again. I asked her what was the delay in delivery, she advised she had my order listed as "pick-up". Unbelievable. She didn't seem to care, didn't really apologize and wouldn't let me speak with a manager. Emotionless robots. The reviews are right, this location sucks!
