Holy cow, Wild Willy's Pastrami is AMAZING! I'm pretty sure this was the best pastrami sandwich I have ever had. It was certainly the most tender and delicious, so yeah, it was the best I've had. Wild Willy is very personable and doesn't skimp on the pastrami. I learned that Willy is a retired chef and got bored with retirement and started his food truck. You can tell he was an actual chef just be the coleslaw alone which has just a touch of fruit in it to make it stand on its own. I can't wait to try other menu items!
