Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Greeneville

Horrible service I’ve been in there a few other times and end up having to leave due to time and slow service without ordering … today I’m able to order and the only one that is having a sandwich made .. I order a chicken Philly and it’s taking forever so I ask have they started on it yet and was told it was on the grill as I watch them put it on the bread I tell staff that is not what I ordered it has bacon lettuce and tomatoes and I’ve already paid .. what I got from the staff that took my order is well that is my fault the next time you come in we will give u a free one …..NOPE won’t be back almost 11 dollars for something I didn’t order I would have preferred my money back and my correct order …. It’s nit like I didn’t question what was I the grill to begin with .. horrible customer service...

We've ordered at Jersey Mike's twice. The first time we ordered our subs were soggy with red wine vinegar and olive oil. We wrote that off as a learning experience. The second time we ordered the exact same thing but wrote in the notes that we wanted the buns toasted and light on the oil and vinegar. When we picked up the subs they were worse than the first time. The subs were extremely soggy and not toasted at all. There was so much oil and vinegar it was puddle in the wrapper. I went back inside and talked to the guy at the register, he called over another guy to have me explain it again. He basically told me that I should order the vinegar and oil on the side and that they wouldn't remake the subs. I'll not be back. This is bad...

This place sucks. Sure a new restaurant is nice but when you still have to drive to Johnson City for quality service, it defeats the purpose. I watched the girl take down our order. I ordered a chicken philly with lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, and extra ranch on rosemary parm bread. We waited over half an hr. Received our food and I got the Big Kahuna Chicken philly which has mushrooms and jalapeños with no lettuce, tomato, pickles, or ranch on white bread. Nothing about the order was right. 100% not worth the $40 paid for...
