Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Greeneville

Honestly it doesn't even deserve a one-star I have been trying to get a job there for three days now I called the day after I put in an application they told me to come on Tuesdays for open interviews from 4 to 6 I came at 3:50 tell them I was there and they told me well the managers not there that she had to leave for an emergency. they called her and she told them to tell me to come back today at 4 well I showed up again at 4 it took 10 minutes before they would even answer me I tell them why I'm there oh well she had to leave today for an emergency it took me $5 in gas again to get up there for her to not even be there and told me to come back tomorrow around the same time and hopefully she'll be there. if the hiring manager tell someone to be there at a certain time she should stay regardless or at least call the person she told to come and tell them she's not going to be there instead of making someone drive up there for nothing. I'm to the point now I don't even want this job if the hiring manager doesn't know how to do her own job then what would it be like if I really work there how many problems would that really be Ill end up probably calling tomorrow to see if the manager is going to be there but I'm not going to waste another $5 in gas for her to not even be there and I should honestly be hired on the spot for having to show up twice now and no one's there to even...

It's a Saturday night and I just went through the Sonic drive thru on 11E, Greeneville to grab a shake for my daughter and I and this poor, sweet girl is entirely on her own to close with one person in the kitchen. You left her to take drive-thru orders, make everything she's obligated to make that the kitchen staff doesn't, and service every single car that parks at a speaker to eat. What is wrong with you? You saved what? A few dollars sending your other staff home early and made this lovely young lady have a horrible night. Shame on whoever made this terrible decision. I didn't get her name, but she was sweet and kind and definitely deserves to be treated with much more respect and consideration. Do better. It's one thing to not have someone to work. It's an entirely separate thing to send people home early on a Saturday night and leave one person to do everything. The photo I added is only one side. App didn't work except to take my money. No way to check in when I got there so I called on the intercom and was told they had no order for me. I pulled up my bank info and the money had been taken. I let them know and all they could say was they had no order for me. When they finally realized their mistake and brought the food out, it was cold. Mozzarella stucks are awful cold and so are greasy corndogs. The drinks were Watters and we just made it to our game which was an hour out when we started. The person on the intercom was rude and said a manager will come out to see you when we get the.chance. In other words.....you don't matter. I had begun to think I was going to have to go with nothing before anyone came out. Surprisingly they found my order that wasn't there after ice began to form on it.
