Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Greeneville

I wouldn’t even give one star to start with but, I had to just to leave a review. I orders the cheese sticks and they were absolutely cremated.I had to throw them away. Then I call the store only to get a very rude lady telling me that I had to contact the delivery service and they only handled people that placed their order through them directly. When I asked if they cooked it and burnt it, they wouldn’t acknowledge it because it was ordered through Uber. She agreed. Now I pressed the button to speak to a manager so, if that’s the type of management who is supposed to lead by example, then Papa John’s should just close their doors. I will pay extra from now on somewhere else. Disgusting!!!!l

My go to pizza place! (Edit... WAS my go to pizza place.) Until the blond girl who works there tried to steal my change! She gave me my coins and took advantage of my vulnerable situation being distracted by my 7 yr old, waited til I was almost out the door and already had the 12 dollars in Bill's she owed me folded up about to stick it in her pocket! Thank goodness I realized before I got all the way out the door and she handed me (still folded up) the rest of my change. On top of that my pizza was cold. Very disappointed in papa John's tonight. I hope they get it together in the future if I ever decide...

Papa Johns used to be our favorite pizza but the past few times we have ordered we have not been satisfied. The dough and crust seem thin and hard no matter what crust you order, it used to be thicker and fluffier and they somehow always miss a topping, usually pepperoni. The wings are never sauced properly, they should fully coat the wings in sauce. We have ordered from Newport and Greenville and are not going to be ordering from another Papa Johns again. I will say they did remake the pizzas both times but the quality and taste and texture are just pitiful compared to how good...
