Ordered my couch from here and needless to say I was very disappointed!!! Sent my husband to pick it up and we live out of state… the men that loaded up our furniture threw part of our sectional on top!!! Yes I mean threw!! It caused part of it to break. So when we unloaded it and took the wrap off it was tore up! Called and spoke to the manager to inform him about what we had found and he was very rude! Then acted like it was OUR fault they sold us a broken couch. I was only offered 20% off or to return it. I will NEVER shop at this location again. A new furniture manager is needed and they need to check things before sending them home with a customer. Also, I believe they need classes on how to load furniture as well....

Son picked up sofa, he and I got it unloaded into house. Unwrapped...wrong color. This was slate. I called store, they said to return and they would replace with brown one. My son was pressed for time. Due at work in a couple hours for his all night 12 hour shift at the police department. I asked if they could pick up the slate one and bring the brown one. No, she said. Read moreI have called a few times over the course of a couple of months. There is a particular couch I would like. No store has received this couch in months. It is not available for price hold. Most other stores have already sold their displays. I tried to speak to the manager on duty. She wouldn’t take the phone. Only spoke through the cashier that answered. They will not tell me when they will sell the display. They tried to tell me that they will get the couch in again. No one would say when.
