They have more items displayed than before so I can see what I am thinking of buying. Only seen 2 people in the store one at the register and then the manager walked up and got on a register. So if I could not find something I was looking for I had to always go to a register and wait to ask if they had any or where I might find the item. I do like if I forgot my coupons I can use the phone app and get some coupons there. The 20% off limited items and a freebie. I just wish they would change up some of the freebies more since it seems like 99% has been the same ones for 20 years that I have been a patron. Yes I like harbour freight and have introduced many people that never heard of the to the store, as well as encouraged people to check out the store that was not sure of the quality. Amazing customer service!!

My husband was looking for a saw that was on sale and there weren't any on the floor. The store manager happened to walk by and asked if we were finding everything OK. He told him what he was looking for and the manager jumped into action and found one that was in the back. He went to the back and brought it to us. He also asked if he needed the blade, as it didn't come with one. Showed us exactly where they were.

Then when we were checking out we were given options for a warranty and she registered the product, as well as informing us the information is stored by his phone number. Huge relief if you've ever lost the warranty papers! She was knowledgeable and so friendly.

For myself I found the cleanliness of the store to be just as appealing. It was well light and the bathroom was spotless.

The staff was friendly and helped me find everything I was looking for. The reason for only 3 stars is because on my first visit the bathroom was completely disgusting.(please read my entire review with update) It looked like one of the gas station ones that you enter from outside. I would say by the looks of it that it hadn't been cleaned in two or more months, and it's public so you know it gets a lot of use and some people make a mess when it's not their bathroom. Luckily I didn't have to sit to do my business, if so I would have left and gone somewhere else, it was that bad, and I work on the road and I see a lot of clean and dirty bathrooms. Now the update, after I contacted corporate people, the next visit there the bathroom was spotless. I really mean spotless like Mr Clean just came through. So if an employee sees this, please keep up...
