6 : 45 ? ish Sunday ( Open till 9:00 PM )

Walked in 🤔 Seated within 2 Minute's Girl that sat us * Put down Wrapped Silver wear & Menus ( possibly not going to be our Server 🤔 ) Didn't ask nothing about Drinks & walked off..... Few in Kitchen Cooking and maybe 4-5 guessing Servers up behind Counter..... One on the Phone & one just standing around ( 🤔 could of been in Training and waiting on one they follow 🤔 ) One server , brought something to another Table - talked a second * then just sat down 😯 at the Table ... talking..... Still hadn't seen " our " Server...... Looked @ Menu ( I already knew what I was having ) ......................................................... and waited 🤔😯🤔.

There was MAYBE 6-10 other's in place ( not counting us ( 2 ). )

After 7 Minute's * of still not being asked about a Drink OR ANY type of acknowledgement from ANYONE or even an explanation Server would soon be there ( other Servers still checking on other Customer's , but walking right past us.....................

WE got up & Left.

This was our 2nd time ( 1 Visit within Week's of when they 1st. OPENED * we weren't impressed the 1st. time * with the Waiting time to be seated but overlooked it as they were FRESH Open so we overlooked that...... But for being an Italian Restaurant * the 1st. time were wern't impressed with the lack of Flavor...... Including the 🍞 Bread. Again , figured they were NEW an getting their Wing's and was willing to give it another try ( Tonight 5/21/23 ) .

Place still didn't Smell Italian , to me - Just saying.

And with the LACK of Service OR Acknowledgement ...... Husband said

" That was it " ! He'd NEVER go back 😯 .

Doubt he'll even Call them & let them know how displeased we were ..... NOT LOOKING FOR A FREE OR DISCOUNTED MEAL AT ALL ......

I've been a " Server " in 2 BUSY Restaurant's in Orlando & if any of the Server's would have done / been like that in either of the 2 , they would have been sent Home immediately & spoken to on their next Day of Work ( meaning IF they still had a Job and got to stay ) and their " Tables - what they are Assigned , would have been cut for a few Days as a result ) ... Sure * this was in the " 90's " but still !!!

I'd like to give them one more try * but know for a while * this will be a sore spot with the Hubby ( who's NEVER worked in Fast Food /...

My husband and I went there for lunch and it was a pretty good experience.

The place is clean and comfortable. The service was very good. Our waitress was pleasant and attentive. She took our order promptly and kept our drinks full.

I ordered the Chicken Parmigiana. The chicken was moist and the sauce was pretty good. It wasn't the absolute best I've ever had but it was a completely respectable version. It came with spaghetti marinara and garlic bread. Both were also pretty good.

My husband had the Stromboli with Italian sausage. That was the only disconnect. While the Stromboli has a good crust and a great sauce, the Italian sausage just wasn't right. It was sliced in thin disks like a pepperoni would be and it was quite bland. When we asked if the Italian sausage was real Italian sausage and we were assured it was, we expected substantial chunks of flavorful, fennel and garlic infused ground pork. Their sausage fell flat and was disappointing.

However, everything else was good to great, so I would not pass this place by. It's in a strip mall so it doesn't look very appealing on the outside, but don't let that put you off. Just don't order anything with Italian sausage and you'll be...

I've eaten here a few times and come back for the meat sauce and awesome desserts. Staff is normally pleasant. I was greated quickly, sat comfortably and my order taken immediately. Great. My salad came out right away. My entree was presented to me as soon as I finished my salad. The chicken in my chicken parmesan was a little overcooked but edible and once again the meat sauce fantastic. But here is where everything goes to pieces. My waitress completely forgot about me. No check to see if my food was good, no refill on ice tea, nothing. I watched her pass by over and over without looking my way. She even sat a couple at the next table but she apparently didn't hear my "excuse me.". Finally I had to loudly ask another waitress for a box. My waitress came with a box and a check and nicely apologized but never asked me about dessert while she carried the dessert tray to everyone else. She then asked if I would like a tea to go. This would have redeemed her except she didn't bring it to go but refilled my glass..... And with SWEET tea when I had been drinking unsweetened. Goes to show that a woman dining alone is not important here. I will think twice...
