2 months ago: LOVE THE DEALS! LOVE THE PIZZA! (I’m not a “let’s go get pizza girl,” but with Domino’s lately, oh you guys won my heart!

The new stuffed crust pizza IS AMAZING! KEEP FOREVER!! PLZ. I wish I took a picture of it, but it was finished fast haha! The Parmesan bites are delicious!! GARLIC BUTTER DIP FOR LIFEEEEE. I loveee the Chicken Alfredo pasta dinner too!! So yummy!

I’ve only ordered deliveries, so I’m not sure how it is in there so I’m rating the “atmosphere” on the delivery. Every person was great, but we did have an issue with the last one recently asking for more money when the tip IS included…but I called about it right when I got told about it after the fact, and it was settled. That’s the only reason it’s 4 stars for the “atmosphere.” Forgetting all that, EVERYTHING ELSE IS GRRRREAT! Will be ordering again very soon!!

Last time we ever order from here! This is not the first terrible experience we have had here, but I have a really picky kid. At 5pm we ordered a pasta bowl. At 6pm app says its ready. Drive to the store ask for the order. Immediately staff yells at my husband "it will be at least 25 minutes, we are backed up" Well ok, the App said it was ready. So we wait...drive home...drive back to the store. At 730 we finally get the food (we had already paid and my autistic kid was promised Dominos). It's WRONG. and COLD. At this point we asked them to remake it and thought a discount was the least they could do. Nope. When my (autistic kid) asked a second time Savannah yelled at her, used profanity and then refused either a refund or the food. From the other reviews its pretty apparent Domino's Greenfield has really gone downhill. It's a small town with lots of restaurants I'm betting they will be out of ...

I ordered my food and they delivered it with some of what I ordered missing. So I called the store and I was put on hold for OVER 40 MINUTES!! I finally just hung up and continued to call and just repeatedly was put on hold. Finally about 3 hours later I finally talked to someone at Dominos and they said that they’d send me what was missing. An hour later, nobody showed up and so I called and the girl that answered the phone, hung up on me. Finally I got the manager on the phone and he just gave me every excuse that he could think of! So now he is supposed to be bringing the rest of my food to me! So, if he actually does bring it we’ll be able to eat our dinner that we ordered at 6:15pm, we’ll eat it at 11:30 pm. ( FIVE HOURS AFTER I ORIGINALLY ORDERED THE FOOD )!! Never again will I order from this Domino’s Pizza in Greenfield Ma. SUPER HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND A MADDENING...
