Honestly, I've tried this Dunkin several times just to make sure I'm not coming on an off day, but I've lost count of how many times something has been wrong with my order. I always order via the app because: It prints out exactly what I want and have chosen, so there shouldn't be a mess-up since I don't have to rely on hoping the person heard me right via the speaker. & Less wait time, as the order is sent and should be close to ready.
Unfortunately, as I said, I've lost count of how many times my order hasn't been right, and I don't mean, "Oh, we are out of stock of that item." I've ordered a caramel drink and instead gotten coconut flavoring, or a latte with no whipped cream added thar was requested, a bacon avocado toast with no bacon, I asked for less ice and received no ice, etc. I once had the cashier try to hand me my drink without a lid, with him grabbing it from the top. When I pointed out that he forgot the lid, he stopped trying to hand it to me and also spilled some on the ground, and I had to request another one (because he didnt offer too) to be made instead because I wasn't taking that at that point.
Do yourself a favor and just drive the mile, half-mile, whatever it is, up the road on the same street to the other Dunkin' on Federal that's its own building. They have been great there, and while not perfect, I can definitely say they rarely have as...

More than once I've ordered on the app and gone to this location only to find my order A) missing B) missing items C) just completely wrong D) someone else's order or E) the items I ordered were out of stock. It's so consistent here that when I go to other Dunkin locations in the world I'm blown away that my order isn't in some form, wrong. Drinks are prepared wrong half of the time, I have meat dietary restrictions and regularly I find meat in my sandwiches, and sometimes my food and drinks are just outright cold. Read morethis place just made me so sad. I'm a nurse and I work overnights and I come here often in the mornings when I need a bite to eat. The microphone is always malfunctioning, and they ask me to speak louder, which I have no problem obliging. Today they got my order incorrect and then insisted that I did actually request a sausage, egg and cheese sandwich, some thing I've never ordered before. To be fair, I only ever order the same exact thing. Then when I went to the window to retrieve the remade sandwich, I was informed that the entire crew has reported that I am a rude customer and that they would like me to go elsewhere. I never thought I could be so hurt by something so trivial but damn. Not only that, but the lady actually put BACK 2/4 of the bacon slices out of some kind of petty revenge ?
