Arizona Pete's — Restaurant in Greensboro

Okay so this may be a longer then usual review but there are some things that need to be said! First thing is this place has the potential to be an amazing bar there really aren’t any other places like it around but they have got to get some control over the underage drinking! There were more drunk 18 year olds in there then older people! I had an 18 year old girl ask me to buy her and her friends drinks so they could take them into the bathroom! Second the consistency of the bar tenders the last time I was there the bartender charged me 2.00 for a house vodka drink and this time is was 5.00? Do they make up the prices as they go along? Next thing is kind of an extension of the first issue is security is really lacking there were people having sex on the back patio and smoking pot! When it was brought to the attention of security he told me he didn’t really care because this wasn’t his main job he worked for the airport and Walmart and if the owner didn’t want to spend the money to pay him he didn’t care what people did! My husband and I travel over an hour to come to this bar! We have to get a room and spend money on Uber so it isn’t a cheap night out for us when we come here and it is definitely worth it but something really needs to get done or someone is going to get hurt! And also just a small suggestion that if you are a country bar maybe play at least a few more country songs but I do like the mix between non country and country but last night there was hardly any country songs being played! The best parts about this club is the size, they have great parking and a fairly large bar with places to sit that aren’t VIP/private. The bad part is that the people that frequent are not friendly. I went here maybe two years ago and it was pretty fun. The dj played a lot of country music to start, but at a certain point they switched it up. I didn’t have any issues dancing my own way and having a good time. Unfortunately now they only play music you can square/line dance to. The whole night the entire dance floor was just sped up or slowed down square/line dancing. When my girls and I started dancing our own way we soon noticed MORE people started square/line dancing. There was no mistaking that some were purposely bumping into us and stepping on our toes to push us off the dance floor. I would think if there was a person that doesn’t know the moves, but wants to dance that there would be at least one individual kind/cool/decent enough to show them the moves:/ Lack of diversity is something I am used to living in the south, but to be made to feel like I was completely unwanted was not something I was prepared for at a club. This place has a lot of potential to be super fun. So for that reason alone I’ll consider going back with my boots:) I’m optimistic that people are not that hatful, especially in an environment where fun is...

Me and my husband and our friends decided to come to this establishment to unwind and have a good time. We have always enjoyed coming here but this night was different. While being there, Me and one of my friends were harnessed by one the security men. He yelled at us while walking behind us and said, "I scared yall didn't I, yeah keep walking". This made us feel very uncomfortable. Then, the same security man grabbed one of our friends and chocked him by holding him by his shirt, dragging him out of the building until he was unconscious. He also proceeded to intaginize other people that were standing around the bar area. This was unprofessional, unnecessary and disrespectful behavior. Also, Me and my husband ordered two drinks at the bar that totaled to be $24.00. We then ordered the same drinks later on that totaled to be $16.00. I do not understand how a club can charge the same drinks a different price everytime you order them.
