I placed an order online, and the app said it was ready. So I clocked out and headed to the store. When I got there, I told the woman at the counter, “I have a pickup order,” but she looked at me like I had five heads. She asked, “Are you sure?” I showed her the order confirmation on the app.
She told me to wait while she helped another customer. Then she asked for my name and printed my order- apparently without even checking if it had come through earlier. That part didn’t bother me too much; mistakes happen, and people get distracted.
But five minutes later, she told me the issue was that I didn’t come in right after placing the order to tell her what I wanted on my sub. I explained, “That’s not how pickup orders work my husband orders from a different location all the time, and it’s always ready when he arrives. That’s the whole point of the pickup ticket.”
She rolled her eyes and said, “Okay, come down here so we can build it together.” As she was about to pull my sandwich out of the toaster, she took lip gloss out of her back pocket and reapplied it while still wearing the same gloves then continued to handle my food without changing them.
I had to repeat my toppings, pickles, red onions, and olives, five times because she just wasn’t listening. The entire time, she kept giving me strange looks, like I was the one causing a problem.
Safe to say, I will not be returning to...
Read moreI love subway very much as it is my favorite restaurant. I eat here almost everyday at a point in time I use to eat it three times a day. I have also worked at subway for two years. So I would like to provide some feedback when I come in the employees have not built a connection with me. Every time I come in the same employees don’t know my order and act as if I have never been there before. Which is very hurtful to someone who comes everyday. Building a connection with the customer looks like “Hey, Marc - will you be getting your usual today? Six inch italian bmt, on white with provolone cheese toasted” that’s just an example. But none the less, I don’t feel the above and beyond customer service here. Not to mention one of the employees is very sloppy at making my sandwich. They are very careless at making it as toppings are flying around and messes are being made my want for the sandwich diminishes by the second. Being a former employee and watching this sandwich artist craft this sandwich makes me CRINGE! it’s very careless and unacceptable and they should revisit the subway policies. I most likely won’t be coming back, as there’s no point in coming somewhere you are not valued and...

Went to this establishment today and Roxanne was the woman that was working ( I had to ask Bonita what was her name bcuz Roxanne refused to give me her name) Roxanne says to me “what you getting!) I was looking at the menu didn’t see the Tuna could barely see menu left my glasses, so I asked her what was the price for a giant tuna. She then hand motioned to point to the menu, I then said I didn’t see the item that’s why I asked, she then proceeds to start getting loud talking Wreckless, I asked her why was she being loud and defensive and asked 3 times for her name which she refused to give me, Bonita came from the back told me the owner was pulling up and gave me the employees name ( Roxanne) who was still yelling talking loudly while I was trying to explain what happened. Roxanne said I can go somewhere else & that she wasn’t going anywhere bcuz she’s been working there 17 years! Well that may be her problem. I think she needs a new career I don’t know what’s happening with customer service at these establishments but it’s just out the window. To...
