When we were first looking for a home to buy out here a few months ago, my wife and I stopped in after 5 hours of looking at neighborhoods and properties in the pouring rain. At that time we thought, wow, what a great little place. We were rushed so couldn’t enjoy it to the fullest. Now that we’re settled, we decided to hop in again today and savor the flavors. We weren’t let down! Build your own pitas, bowls, fresh healthy food and drinks all the way around. Perfect spot for a lunch, quick meet up with friends, or a relaxation session with healthy and fresh food during or after walking around Friendly Center. And if our kids love it and it’s healthy, you know it says something. Bases, proteins, sides, sauces galore. Mix and match however you want. If you don’t get their Crazy Feta® in a bowl or on a pita, make sure to get a side of it. For you non-feta lovers, this isn’t your typical feta. My kids hate feta, but they devoured this. Trust me, you gotta get it. Description from their website: “Feta whipped with jalapeño, onion, and olive oil for just that right level of spicy. A CAVA signature.” Super clean, modern with helpful staff. Won’t be our last stop that’s for sure. Food: 5/5 Service: 4/5 Ambiance: 5/5

CAVA the chain is great but this location could use some improvement. Sometimes people aren’t knowledgeable when you ring them. Need to cook black lentils so they aren’t hard. The manager is kind and doing her best. Hopefully this is something that will pass once they are more established. Seems most restaurants are having staffing issues. The pictures are make your own bowl & spicy lamb meatball wrap. Love the eggplant dip!! I do miss Zoe’s Kitchen which is what this former location was! Both have room in Greensboro IMO!

First time trying Cava while in town. I placed a door dash delivery. I ordered a grain bowl with Saffron Basmati rice, Tzatziki spread, Grilled chicken, Fire roasted corn, Shredded romaine, Garlic dressing on the side. The Tzatziki spread was literally a teaspoon scoop, did not get the Garlic dressing that i asked for on the side. The rice was a little lumpy, the chicken had flavor but was dry and room temperature. Overall just didn't seem to be fresh. I will give Cava another try just maybe earlier in the day.
