The server was incredible! We had a party of 9 that was initially split into a 7 person round table and table for 2 in the bar (thus, the 4 stars). However, 20 minutes into our dining experience, they were able to accommodate the two in the booth across from us with our attentive server. (He can leave his day job teaching and manage this restaurant he was THAT good!) The fresh-from-the-oven rosemary infused bread with oil was easily consumed by the table in the first 5 minutes with begrudging looks as to who got the last piece, that fortunately was ameliorated by Mr. Fantastic Server bringing another plate of 6. Our meals were plentiful and a great value portion to cost ratio. For the chicken scallopini, the noodles were so plentiful, they absorbed all of the cream sauce. So I would have preferred more sauce ( the other 1/2 star off) All the meals shown were all suggestions by our genial, knowledgeable server and aside from that was mentioned, they Did Not disappoint! For graduation, this was the perfect, picturesque place to celebrate, considering the reservation was made during the Valedictorian's speech. Lol. Highly recommend! (I just wish I remembered Mr. Fantastic server's REAL name!)

*This is lengthy, sorry* Came for happy hour, not such a happy hour IMO. I had the Tropical cosmo, my friend had a dirty martini (I think thats what its called). I also had the bisto burger, and that is always good. But, her olives were pitted and she bit down one b/c the staff didnt know. REALLY? We informed the bar tender , but felt she wasnt doing anything about it so we let the regular bartender know. He was flabbergasted and confused as to why, also stated he' d throw them away, but not before checking that they were pitted olives. After confirming he took a HUGE jar and anmounced to mgt? That he had to throw them out. He (cant remember his name) was inside bar and outside. When we arrived just past 5 the bar was basically empty. We waited quite a while to get someone to assist, and then felt ignored most of the evening. This is the 2nd time we've come and felt like this, however, last time it was worse. Two bartenders working, and the one was doing all the work. Seriously Bravo, what's up wuth the bar employees?? Last time I voiced my concers with mgt, this time I simply felt it wouldn't do any good. Please , get help or get ppl who want to or know how to work.

*Edit: (Updated from 3 to 4 stars after very prompt reply from the Owner, and their commitment to quality.) I had the Fettuccine Alfredo, Caramel Marscapone Cheesecake, an old fashioned, a sweet tea, and a cappuccino. The Fettuccine was not good. The noodles were leathery, the sauce was just cream, butter, and garlic; no hint of parmesan in the sauce itself. The portion was also small for an entrée. I would have rated the food 0 stars if not for the dessert. I would not order pasta from here again. The cheesecake was really good, and had beautiful presentation. The old fashioned was mixed well, nice and strong, but there was too much ice. And the cappuccino was phenomenal. The atmosphere was very classy, although the cooks in the open kitchen were very loudly talking about their personal lives which was very distracting (to be fair this was about an hour before closing, so I have some grace). My server was absolutely world class: knowledgeable, well-mannered, professional. No doubt they would easily fit in at an elevated dining experience.

They were overbooked for the day after Valentine's Day. While we waited 40+ minutes past our arrival to be seated, we talked with another couple. They had 7 pm reservations and it was 7:50. They'd arrived at 6:50! One problem was that Bravos obviously had several 7:30 reservations like we had. We checked in at 7:10. That had no bearing when dealing with other people with 7:30 reservations. Some walked in and got seated within 10 minutes. Some like us waited nearly an hour. Others waited way over an hour. We understand they were really busy the hostess was not very personable and smiled at some parties while acting like we were crashing a party or something. Another issue was how quickly they cleared and set tables after parties left. The hostess was clearing tables, bringing bread out to tables, etc. like she was a manager (may have been) and honestly really helped turning over the tables. The problem is they didn't seat the next party efficiently or promptly. We sat in the 2nd section past the bar. I watched a younger couple with a man holding a baby girl for at least 30 minutes. In that time I counted two empty booths and 2 empty tables in our section alone. The table next to us was occupied but they left within 15 minutes of us being sat down. The table was cleared almost immediately and it, one of the booths and another table were still empty when we left. After we'd eaten our food and were waiting on dessert, we saw the couple with the baby finally being sat (30-40 minutes). It just seems counter-productive to have empty tables when people wait for an hour. Moreover, if more than one party has reservations for the same time and one party has been waiting for 30 minutes, shouldn't that party be sat before the party who just arrived. We could hear people announcing their names and reservation times. A man in a wheelchair and a young woman had 7:15 pm reservations and arrived at 7:50. They were sat almost immediately. I have no problem if they'd called ahead or had some issues with handicapped access. The problem is how it looks and feels to others who have been literally waiting over an hour. On a more positive note, our waitress, Tangela, was attentive, helpful with suggestions, and friendly. She talked about how busy they were but was still nice to us and seemed eager to make us forget that long wait with superior service. She is the sole reason for the 4 Service stars. Also, the food was great! We were served quickly and everything was piping hot. As aforementioned, the dessert we got was the first time in over a year that we'd gotten dessert at Bravos. If Bravos could solve the issue with reservations and how it looks like random seating regardless of reservation times, customers would feel like they were treated fairly and could wait more patiently. Giving people updates (i.e you're 3 parties away from being seated), and a THANK YOU FOR YOUR PATIENCE would make the experience so much better and...

My family and I stopped by for dinner (may 9th, 7:46pm) the food and the server were great. The issues began after I had paid and got up to leave. All of a sudden my legs were intensely itchy and it felt like I had ants in my pants with each additional step. I stopped by one of the shopping venue’s changing rooms to take a look. My legs were red, inflamed, and had nothing on them. I had a hunch as I am a builder and I’ve experienced this intense itchiness before. I went back to the restaurant and I looked under the outdoor table we had sat at, lo and behold the bottom was made of fiberglass and the coating had been rubbed off. My hunch was correct, I had unknowingly rubbed the fiberglass through my pants and into my skin while sitting. I thought it would be a good idea to let management know so they could fix it before it ruined someone else’s day or got into their food.

I went up to the front host’s desk and let them know the issue in full detail so that they could relay the urgency of the situation. The host went and spoke to a person at the kitchen area before telling me that the manager was waiting on a table and that they would be there in a moment. I waited for twenty long, extremely itchy, minutes during which time the “manager” finished waiting on the table, spoke to the server who had served our table and promptly left the main dining area. I waited a bit more then again asked the host if it’d be a while to talk to the manager to which they responded that yes the manager was too busy. I was at the end of my patience for an issue that should have been taken very seriously. I left after letting the host know that they should paint the bottom of the tables and that it’s a hazard.

For those who don’t know, fiberglass is a hazard to health. It can go through your skin and it’s especially dangerous if ingested or inhaled. This is why people working anywhere near fiberglass are required to wear full body jumpsuits and particulate masks.

I am leaving this review as a chance for management to fix the issue and let me know within a week that it has been fixed along with picture proof. If not, my next step will be to get in touch with the health department, bravo’s corporate offices, and any other appropriate authorities and report this establishment as well as the manager on duty. I have taken pictures of the underside of the table with the receipt as well as the inflammation on my legs. This is my one and only warning to the severely under-qualified manager that was on duty at that time. Fix this before you seriously hurt someone.

Now excuse me while I go slather hydrocortisone on my...

Tonight, I had the worst experience at Bravo. Ever since I was a kid, I have come to this specific restaurant because it was our favorite place to eat. Tonight, changed all of that. My family and I, came to Bravo for my aunt's birthday. Our reservation was for 7:30, and we didn't leave until 10:30. Allow me to explain why.... As you can expect, most of us ordered pasta because that's what Bravo has always been known for. We waited 2 whole hours on our food only for it to NOT HAVE ANY SAUCE whatsoever. After receiving our food, we immediately asked for extra sauce. Mindful, we were all starving and had waited 2 hours for our food and then waited an additional 5-7 minutes for sauce. By this point, our food was cold and dry....while we all poured the extra sauce on our cold pasta and we came to the conclusion that this was just unacceptable from a restaurant that we have gone to since I was a child. We call the manager over to help, and she was not remorseful AT ALL. This is was an average height woman with brown/grey hair and I found out her name is FABIOLA. FABIOLA does not need to be a manager at this franchise. She came over to our table with no solution to our problem, did not apologize for the food being not up to par, and also acted afraid to come to our table. Fabiola was so afraid to come back to our table with a solution to the problem, that she sent TWO kitchen chefs to our table instead while we all just watched her do nothing feet away from our table. The two KITCHEN chefs were a better manager than the woman running the entire restaurant. The kitchen chefs were the only people who apologized and took care of our situation. I wrote all of this to say, FABIOLA does NOT deserve to work at Bravo, she completely brings down the reputation of the franchise. She cannot handle confrontation, and has no right to still treat other customers the way she treated us tonight. I have YEARS of experience being a server, so my family and I completely respected the restaurant being short staffed and packed tonight. My mom spoke to all managers in the nicest way possible, but Fabiola has completely changed the way I...
