Clean in the name represents the ingredients, it does not however, represent the store itself. 🤢 This place was not clean. You could see the grossness between all the trays that hold the ingredients. The counters needed to be wiped down and the partition between the customer and food Ingredients. the floors were dirty, the stainless steel was not wiped down correctly. It felt gross and unclean when you walked in.
I do love that they had a prayer box. And I also do love the referenced scripture on the cups. But customer service, oh man customer service needs some work. Should represent joy and an eagerness to serve your customer. Didn't say hello, or welcome. Continued to talk about 'smokin', with their friends. When asked to see a nutrition menu, they handed an in store menu that looked like it hasn't been wiped down since the store opened. 🤢 I asked how much maple syrup they put in, they didn't know, they don't follow a recipe.
They don't follow a recipe?????So if someone has special dietary needs or if following a calorie based diet, how can we ensure the nutritional values are accurate? I would rather go somewhere that's follows the recipe that was created to calculate the nutritional value.
The smoothy was good, but I was a little hesitant to drink it being the cleanliness of the store could use some MAJOR improvement.
I would come back if the store was cleaned up and customer service improved, however I'm not paying $11 again for an 16oz smoothy. Three things that should be important to all restaurants reviewers, whether self claimed or paid to do so, Customer Service, cleanliness and quality!
I'll try again in the spring. And hopefully I will be able to get 4 stars! 5 is a very hard...
Read moreI've been to this store about 5 times and 4 out of the 5 times, they messed up my order leaving me to have to wait an additional 15 to 20 mins. The employees do NOT pay enough attention to the orders. I usually get the Yummus bowl with NO feta cheese (I'm a vegan so I don't eat cheese) along with a smoothie and almost everytime, they put Feta cheese on it and one time, they left off the hummus.
Today I tried a different method. I ordered a garden wrap online with 3 additional add-ons with a smoothie at about 12:35 and had it set to be picked up at 1:00pm. I get there at about 12:55 and I was told that they were still working on it...cool. So I see everyone else getting their orders so I ask about my order that was placed online 30 mins ago and then the lady hands me my smoothie out the fridge and hands me this very small wrap. I automatically knew something wasn't right with the wrap so I open it up for it to only have some avocado hummus, one slice of tomato and the quinoa and spinach. Mind you, the original wraps comes with the spicy avocado hummus, carrots, cucumber, quinoa with the dressing. I added on some avocado, tomatoes and spinach which were $1 extra. So the lady ended up remaking it which cost me to have to wait EVEN LONGER.
The prices are super expensive and to always have to deal with the mess ups...DEFINITELY not worth it. You're better off making your own salads and wraps at home. I've given this place waaaayyy too many chances to make it right and honestly, I dont think they will EVER get it right. The only thing they seem to get right are the beverages but as for any food items like wraps, bowls, toasts and salads, expect them to...
Read moreReally cute place, seemingly good ingredients available. However TASTE was not there. It was as if I got blended ice water with 2 pieces of fruit for a hint of flavor and color. We ordered 4 different ones. All of us agreed. Also one of the smoothies ordered contained almond milk and one of us has a nut allergy and requested a substitute for any type of juice or coconut water. THEY SAY SURE BUT CHARGE $4.50 extra for it but don’t tell you until they ask for payment, which is pretty much buying a whole other drink!!! Our smoothies were $14 a piece and I questioned about it and she told me that was the cost to substitute. I just think it’s ridiculous. I can understand charging more for maybe a juice (still not $4.50) but most of their other smoothies contain either almond milk or coconut water so I don’t see why they won’t let you choose one or the other for their smoothies without an upcharge. $14 also would’ve been easier spent if it tasted amazing. It did not. I miss the fresh market selling juice and smoothies. Theirs were packed full of flavor/greens with any juice option. My husband is airforce so we’ve traveled and I’ve tried countless juice and smoothie shops from U.S to Europe and this place was on my bottom list of best places especially for what you’re paying. Sadly disappointed. I really...
