The worst experience with Dominoās ever. I understand a business being busy on a Saturday night however, that does not excuse terrible product and then even worse customer service. Our pizza took almost 2 hours to arrive, which would have been fine, had it not tasted as if it were baked 2 hours ago and then just left out on a counter. When I say the pizza was not warm, I genuinely mean no warmth at all. Which is so disappointing because we are use to Dominos arriving so hot we can hardly eat it. Do they not still have the oven bags that keep the food hot? I really donāt understand the cold pizza? Itās not a cold night tonight, if youāre wondering that. Actually very warm. We were also missing items. The dipping sauces for the garlic knots and a 2 Liter. I know to some this doesnāt seem like a big deal but, we donāt keep cokes on a daily basis so for the kids to have their coke with pizza is a big deal and I donāt eat bread daily so to be able to enjoy the bread, I wanted the dipping sauce. When we called the store we received no customer service, no empathetic understanding that we just chose to spend our hard earned money on a meal that one wasnāt complete, two is cold, and now the person who we are speaking with literally laughed when we said we canāt enjoy our meal with the items we are missing. I work in customer service, I know you canāt always make things right, there are policies and protocols however, after mistakes at least show empathy, be sympathetic, I know itās just pizza but, we chose your restaurant tonight and with Covid, thatās actually a big deal Bc we arenāt eating out and basically...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreMy husband and I have ordered from here for years. More than we should if Iām being honest but we work hard all day and sometimes cooking isnāt an option. Today was my last straw. Iām 8 months pregnant, and today I was wanting something easy and quick. I made an order at 2:30, and by 3:30 my food still did not arrive. It was promised 21-36 minutes. I called in and the manager blamed it on the staff that didnāt āpick up their phonesā when he called them to come in. Listen, I get things happen. But this has happened several times at this location and I have let it go. Well not anymore. I wonāt eat here even if you paid me. I also want to add that we always tip the drivers very well too. But with the manager there was zero remorse, only blame for people who werenāt even there to cause the issue. There is a lack of managerial responsibilities to hire good people, and keep hiring when you have high turnover. There is no excuse for not understanding how businesses are ran, especially if you have been trained to run one. Next time call people and ask them if they still want to order if you donāt have any drivers. If I had the choice to wait 1.5 hours, then I wouldnāt have waited. Instead I relied on this business to feed me and my baby when they said they would. Shame on you and shame on me for it taking me this long to say Iāve had enough and Iāll never order from this...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI have been ordering from this Domino's store for well over a year now, and the pizza is always fast and good. No problems there. I am tired and don't feel like cooking so I thought I'd order again tonight and make the kids happy. I use the online order form EVERY time, and the website is supposed to direct me to my local store. Over the past year that has consistently been the New Garden Rd store, and no one has ever said anything to me. FYI, I always tip at least 20%. Anyway, tonight, not 3 minutes after I place my order, I get a phone call from some woman who informs me that they are NOT my location, and that the website was wrong and has been wrong every time apparently, and she has no idea why it let me order. Uh....seriously? She then, rudely, informs me that they will oh so generously make an exception THIS time and go ahead and bring me my food, but that I need to either override the website (if it will even let me?!) or call a different store next time I want a pizza. NO PROBLEM. You'll never get another phone call from me. Customer lost. You should call headquarters or IT yourself and inform them of the website issue, not call up a customer and be a snot. I wouldn't have ever known the difference. But now, I will be buying my pizza from a different company all together. People have no class or common sense anymore. You don't tick off quality repeat...
