Crumbl — Restaurant in Greensboro

ZERO stars!!! The first time I went there, I walked in the service was terrible and the cookies were nasty and dry. But against my better judgment, I placed an order on the Crumbl app for my nieces. Crumbl sent my order to a third-party delivery to deliver my order. The driver delivered my order to the wrong address and took a picture. I called Crumbl to get my money back. They told me to call DoorDash. I called DoorDash. They told me to call Crumbl, when I spoke with an associate at Crumbl, she was very rude, he didn’t care and at the end of the conversation she told me she couldn’t help me. But I bet if it was $25 missing from her little paycheck she would probably be more mad than me. So at the end of it all I’m out of $25 with no one to help me recover. Totally unacceptable. This is the worst location ever !!! Lawndale is the best location. I will travel there and tell other people to travel there as well. Lawndale is always fresh and the staff is very friendly and accommodating. And crumbl chat doesnt help at all. They referred me to the store as they are individually owned. Placed an online order for the tres leches cake that came back this week and they were terrible. They are so dry and I know that's not how they're supposed to be. I've had them the first time around at the other location by wendover and loved them so I figured I'd order closer to work this time. There was no milk in there at all. Just dry cake with the icing on top. All three of the cakes I ordered were the same. I live an hour away and was looking forward to this reward after work and was so disappointed. I couldn't even drive back to get them replaced and the app is of no help either. Upset that I spend so much for just a slab of dry cake. The first time they made them you could see the milk at the bottom and throughout. I was looking forward to trying it again but I'm not willing to spend the money to have something this bad again.

this week been the worst ever. first, my girlfriend just broke up with me outta nowhere. just like that, she was done, and i ain’t even see it coming. then fr like that wasn’t bad enoug i got laid off from my job too. two big l’s in one week talk about some real bad luck.
