If you like averagely mediocre food and flipping a coin if they actually give you all of your order (especially side sauces or butters/jams) then this is the location for you! Now, I’m not saying Biscuitville is a five-star restaurant by any means, but this particular location doesn’t make an effort to make their food even average compared to other locations. And if you order more than one side of country fries, you better count them at the window because they like “forgetting” the second one. And side sauces? Forget about them unless you want to hassle them for some. You order four sauces? You’ll get ZERO. The staff isn’t bad, but they’re definitely not great. They’re not rude, but I wouldn’t call them nice. And when there’s another Biscuitville on the same road (about two miles down, in the direction of downtown and Grimsley — if you’re not familiar with the area, just look for directions to Grimsley HS, you’ll pass the other one on the way there if you can’t differentiate between the locations as they’re both on Battleground) Long review, I apologize. But all of that’s to say, if you want to get everything you asked for and, say, about 75% of it being above average in taste, go to the other Battleground location. The longer drive is worth it to me at this point — this location has been having these issues...
Read moreNot a great experience. I have ran a few fast food stores in my time, and it make me very sad to see these kinds of things happen.
I went to order on Monday Sept. 12, 11:40AM going through the drive thru. A woman comes on the speaker and greets after about 10-15 sec. I gave her a first part of my order, and she asked if I had finished. I told her I had not. She still told me the total, and I had just taken that as a miscommunication, and said I had more to go with the order.
The part that really makes me sad is that, when I was telling her the other items to go with the order, she was saying "what else?... anything else?" in between each one, repetitively in a low, monotone voice that most customers would interpret as "I don't have time for you" or "your not important to us," or plainly "you're too much."
I don't want other customers to experience this kind of service, because this can cause so many people to have a bad day from this one spark. It's easier to make a bad day than a good day.
I'm not sure what her name was, but hopefully I have given enough information to locate her. Just a little bit of rephrasing and adding a smile to her face while she's talking (even though you can't see her, you can still hear a smile), will make the customers' day, and not ruin them. Let's spread love and kindness...
Read moreWe went for breakfast last Sunday and I ordered a pork chop with American cheese on a biscuit, fries and Cheerwine. The young lady who took my order was most cheerful and was very nice. I hope they keep her for as long as they can!
My food was fresh and good UNTIL I got to the middle of the sandwich. It wasn't cooked all the way through and by the time I got to it, we were on another side of Greensboro-we ordered from the Battleground location. I called almost immediately (it took some time to google the location as it's not on the receipt ). I spoke to Victoria and she said to ask for her when I returned and she'd take care of me. Very customer-centric!
I was leaving to come back home so I stopped back in on the way to the airport and I again was extremely impressed with the high level of customer service this establishment provides. I showed my receipt and briefly explained my situation and at least two team members were eager to assist me.
I advised them of my order and in my haste, I didn't check my sandwich in store-the forgot my cheese.
Although this was a shaky encounter, I will most definitely be back as the service and food (when...
