Cute little place with a lovely outdoor area. I had never been but the people I was with raved about it. When we walked in we were asked indoor or outdoor. When we said outdoor someone grumbled to just go pick any table. They didn’t look up at us or smile or anything. No warm welcome there. So we went outside and chose a table. It is a very clean area. The tables and chairs are decent for the type of place - they are very suitable. Our server was nice but very quiet and not personable at all. We did ask if an item could be made that was technically on the children’s menu and has been made for my friend three times prior when visiting. We were told no. That is understandable as it was not a sandwich in the regular menu. But most restaurants would accommodate this simple request even if they were to add an up charge that would be fine. It was the reason that we went in the first place. But again that was fine. All the food ordered was very good. I think the price range was great considering you could tell the food was freshly made. The biscuit with sausage gravy was delicious but it is a very rich gravy with a very buttery biscuit. I could not eat more than half of it. Which this is not a complaint because it is delicious it’s just a bit much and I knew I wouldn’t feel good if eating more. I do think more sausage would be nice. There were just a few little pieces on the side of the bowl. It def needs more sausage. I will go back and try other items for sure. Again the outdoor area is very peaceful especially considering the location. But hopefully the staff could be a bit...

Hubby and I got to pay our first visit to this new addition to "Trader Joe's Plaza" in GBO. I love the concept of coffee, wine, beer and small plates with an ample patio. It is family friendly and has an attractive, inviting atmosphere. The wine list has good depth and features wines from US and other countries producing finer wines. Beer is offered in cans and they have several on tap . . .again, interesting offerings. The food menu is tight, but manages to offers a good variety that has something for most everyone. We were there for drinks and enjoyed greatly a wonderful caesar salad and the pulled pork sliders. Each were delicious! It would be hard to not order these two items again . . planning to try other things as well. It would be easy to "dock" Cozy Brew for service as they are new and business levels haven't settled in yet. Friday night they were on fire! The attitude of staff, management and patient customers made everything work out. They are trying to do everything right; and staff is working well under pressure. A for effort. I will probably join the wine club and for sure will be a...

I have long hoped for a cute cafe-type place in this area, and I was excited to try Cozy Brew today. Unfortunately, my expectations were not met and I was left severely disappointed. The decor was cute, but the arrangement of furniture made waiting in line very awkward as people were coming and going. The line was slow-moving, but part of that was also it being prime time for brunch on a Sunday. When it was finally my turn to order, I was a little shocked that it cost almost $25 for two drinks and two muffins, but I'm happy to support small business if the product is good. However, it was not. The banana nut muffins were so dry and flavorless that it was basically inedible. I was also shocked to look at the sticker and learn the muffin I had been served was marked four days prior. The rest of the muffin was discarded unfinished. My chai latte was mediocre but fine. I will probably not be returning to this...

This review is LONG overdue. We've been patrons of Cozy Brew for about a year and I've gotta say we absolutely love coming here. The atmosphere is, well... cozy, the food is delicious, the coffees perfectly brewed, friendly staff, and the service always exceptional. My favorites from the menu are the grits bowl and the mini chicken sandwiches. I love that they always have Friends playing on one TV and often Friends trivia written on the Magna Doodle board on the wall. If you get the trivia correct you get an extra stamp on your loyalty card. On weekdays you can usually grab a seat or table but please be mindful that on weekends they're exceptionally busy and you must wait to be seated. The wait isn't very long usually. They also have outdoor seating. Honestly, the best coffee shop in Greensboro and phenomenal staff. I highly recommend this place. Trust me, you'll be glad you went!

Love, love, love this new cafe in Greensboro! Located in the parking lot near Trader Joe’s, Cozy Cafe certainly lives up to its name. It has a lovely atmosphere. Very cozy, spacious with extended outdoor seating on the side patio, and perfect for working remotely or meeting a friend/partner. I have loved my beverages both visits (Iced Shaken Espresso with lavender cold foam) and can’t wait to try out their brunch on the weekends! I’ve had a lovely chat with their staff on both occasions as well and they were so kind to tell me about their hours, staff, food, and even the wine club and tastings that occur on Wednesdays. I can’t wait to go one evening for a glass of wine.

We went to hear Gate City Drivers at Cozy Brew tonight. The band is so good. They food was great too. I got the house salad for $9 and a small Americano. The salad had spinach and romaine lettuce, boiled egg, avocado, tomatoes, cucumbers, and bacon with ranch dressing. Everything allowed on my keto diet...I ate good tonight. Something I could not indulge in tonight was the free cupcakes they were serving, not on my diet, but they were really good from what I heard. The service was really good from very sweet ladies. It was a great time.
