On the night of 12/15/16 was Absolutely the worst experience I have ever delt with!! Management (Matt) was extremely rude and unprofessional!..... I am/was a loyal customer who always orders online for the convenience (Thanks DOM)! Me and my husband orders our dinner ahead of time and eat it later so that our 10 month old can stay on her nightly routine, as if we cooked. So we don't expect our food fresh and hot, but how frustrating is it to get ready to heat up your food only to find what you ordered is not in the boxes! š It was already frustrating to redeem my 60 points for a "free" pizza only to find myself paying $1.00 for it! But Hey, I'd rather pay the one dollar for a pizza over the full price anyday, even if it says it was FREE. So I call the store... "Hello, my name is Sharonda Frazier and I would like to speak to your manager please!" "Speaking!" Matt says. "Hello, Matt I placed an order a while ago, I redeemed my free medium pizza with pepperoni and hamburger. I then ordered an Chicken Carbonara with no onions and no mushrooms, only to find no chicken, no bacon, no mushrooms, and no onions, I have.." And before I could finish he cuts me off to say "Well that's what you ordered, I'm looking at your order right now, are you looking at your confirmation?" Shocked by his rudeness and tone I become furious! "One second Matt, while I pull it up" I said. Even though I had taken a screen shot of my order, like I always do for moments like these. But since he cut me off he didn't know that! So while I was searching I asked "Matt why would I ordered a Chicken Carbonara with nothing but Alfredo sauce, wouldn't I just order the Chicken Alfredo minus chicken??" "Well That's Not what you did" he said. "Well Matt, My email conformation is pulled up and it says Excatly What I Ordered!" "Well, that's not what I see here, I'm looking at it right now, so what I can do is just give you a credit!" He says! "No, Matt that is unacceptable! Would you like me to send my screenshot that I have to you? Or would you like me to come up there and show you MY CONFORMATION with my CORRECT order? I would like my dinner for tonight for my family." He then goes to say "Yeah, bring it up here, your order will be ready in 10 to 15 min!" And HE HANGS UP! š®š As I'm putting my clothes back on, my husband says "It's 10° outside, to cold to suffer for their mistake." š” I call Matt back. I ask him is there a General Manager that I can speak to. He said "I Am The General Manager!" (š No Way) I said "Look Matt, it is entirely to cold to bring my family back out, so how can we resolve this" He states that he can give me a credit but there is no conformation number (when I asked) to give to me. It will just be link to my number, he explained. "Fine!" I tell him. "Is there anything else that should be said before we hang up Matt?" "NO!" He says. "Well Matt, I accept your apology for your mistake! Have a great night! And Merry Christmas!" Then I Hang Up that time!...... UnFreakingBelievable!!! Domino's you will loose alot of loyal customers due to rude and unprofessional people like Matt! Working in the customer service field Matt should definitely learn the LEARN System! Ā Ā Ā Read more6/1/2023. Brian M. Introduced himself to me as the new manager and offered to resolve the matter in a way that was acceptable to me. I only sought to be heard, to be valued and the desire to resolve this matter. More importantly Brian has displayed values and morals as a person and manager which are eroding from management, business owners and C-Level corporate professionals who are responsible for being an example as they set/establish the standards by which those they are accountable for look up to. At one time in history this was the norm for every business.
Brian I applaud you, salute you, and encourage you to carry the standard (as the guidon). To the owner and corporate: despite any recent accolades many cannot deny that dominos is not as dominant as it used to be and has been existing upon the vapors of past glory because as a company dominos has veered from āstanding for somethingā, having and setting a standard (which is elegant made the dominos brand become a recognizable household brand).

I called several times today 5/17/23 and my call is put on hold indefinitely or not answered at all.
I have not received any compensation for the salad I didnāt receive from order on 5/13/23. No response from this location GM, nor from corporate.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION!!!! Hereās why: Ordered a sandwich, cookie, and salad on 5/13/23. They didnāt have any salad and I didnāt want a substitute. Was told I had $15 credit by driver. Called on 5/15/23 to use the credit with my order for lunch and Addison told me that I didnāt have a credit and she was aware there was no salad when I ordered on 5/13/23. She told me to call back Wednesday. Theyāre keeping my money, I didnāt insist in order to avoid being lied on.
I reported to customer service and have no other option except be at a loss of my money.

Plus I wanted this to get the attention of someone who can make a change. I do not know the lady's name, but she has pink and purple hair, and arms full a tattoos, and a very unpleasant demeanor. Instead of her just correcting the mistake made to my order that obviously 2 of the new employees made innocently. She decided to rant on and tell me about what she should had just directed to the new guy after I left; Instead of putting them on the spot. Which I think is very unprofessional in any industry. Thank you for correcting me, "That you are not supposed to add any additional toppings to a sandwich, but you can take away." Well had they took away the cheese that I asked not to be added to my sandwich, I would had took my sandwich the way it was and went on about my night. But before I walked into Domino's I really wanted Subway to make my steak sandwich. However, they look like they were closing so since my youngest son wanted a pizza I thought one stop and done. But what was supposed to be a 15 min. wait turned into 30 mins and a unnecessary lecture by a whining child who took the job at Domino's, but did nothing, but complain about the patrons who are paying her paycheck.
