Giving one star because the young lady at the register actually tried to help. This morning @ 7:37AM I used the app to make an order. I clicked on a tab to order a Large Macchiato and was given the option to order now. After making the purchase, I noticed the price was over $20. I noticed there were additional items, 3 maple sugar croissants and donuts. I parked and immediately walked in and explained the situation to the lady at the register. Not only was I trying to get my money back, but I was trying to avoid them trying to rush to make another large order when unnecessary. Well, when she asked the other lady next to her, she was visibly upset. Started slamming things and talking upset about having to help me get my refund. She walked back and forth from the register to the drink machines. Still being rude the entire time. When I asked for a refund of the items I didn't want, I was told that the 3 croissant sandwiches were already made. Yet, I waited another 5 minutes for them because they were not already made. A gentleman was already waiting ahead of me and was still there while I waited. A few more people then stood behind me waiting for their orders while two women to include the rude one were placing the bags down and walking off. None of them bothered to ask any of us if any of those bags were ours. I used to enjoy coming to this dunkin before rude folks like this got hired here. I now will drive out of my way to the one in Kernersville. Whoever owns this place will continue to lose customers because I'd rather inconvenience myself driving out of the way than deal...

We recently embarked on an 11-hour trip and, given the necessity for her to stay alert, we consulted Google for the nearest Dunkin' Donuts. This particular location stood out for its exceptional service.
Upon our arrival, the staff, notably Lia, warmly welcomed us, took our orders, and patiently addressed our inquiries. What truly impressed us was Lia's unwavering kindness. It's a testament to the fact that excellent customer service doesn't always require exuberance or a perpetual smile. LIA exemplified this with her exemplary service.
Should my travels lead me back to Greensboro, I wouldn't hesitate to revisit this establishment solely to experience Lia's outstanding service once more. We are genuinely grateful for her kindness and the exceptional service...
Read moreI stopped at this location tonight at 6:30pm and went through the drive thru. I asked if they had low calorie Blueberry Muffins and the young lady told me they didn’t carry them anymore. I then said ok just give me a regular blueberry muffin. She told me they were out of them. I then asked for two classic donuts and she said they were out of them as well. I said ok and drove away. As I went around the building a man who said his name was “Mr Brown” was leaning out the window yelling at me saying I was rude. I asked why they didn’t have anything I ordered and he said “because it is nighttime”, yet they don’t close until 10pm. We exchanged a few words and then I left. I find it hard to believe that a person would yell at a customer out of the drive thru window. I will NEVER stop at this location again and I would not suggest anyone else stop there either....
