McDonald's — Restaurant in Greensboro

12/26-i went to this location and ordered my food through the mobile app. The line was very long and after I made it to the first window the girl did not acknowledge me and just gave me a receipt. I move to the next window and that person asked if I had a sweet tea but she had a coke in her hand. She gave me my food and I drove off. A few minutes later I realized I didn't have my Ice cream cone. So I turned around and went back. Once I went in the restaurant to ask for help no one was at the front counter they all were worrying about the drive thru which still had a very long line . I try to stop a few people for assistance and they all ignored me. One lady with a vest on kept looking at me and flat out refused to help. Finally I got the attention of a lady wearing a blue shirt that came over and I quickly explained what happened.And she told someone to get me an ice cream cone So one of the other workers came with a cone of ice cream and she had dumped it in a clear cup. ????The ice cream was too soft and running all over the place. I told her I don't want that mess and asked for My money back. It's seems no one wanted to be there working tonight. And nasty attitude and no customer...

Ok so I went there Aug 24 th around 5-530 and let me just start off with how rude my order taker was rushing me to order rushing me to talk well I ended up having to finish my order at the first window cause the girl cut me off everytime we spoke.. ok so at first window guy was nice get to second window well the lil girl in the window damn near tosses the bag out the window drinks weren’t even closed the lids wasn’t even on well now we are missing one sandwich and one drink well got the drink with all the attitude the girl can give so we got an new girl now telling her missing a sandwich well she said let me see receipt gave it to her she looks at the paper and looks back and said it’s in the bag and it wasn’t well I could hear the 4 girls standing there talking and cussing but still refusing to give me my food I ordered after about 3 minutes she finally came back with my sandwich in which the girl tossed into my car not happy with my experience here and I am escalating this to their corporate store cuz nobody need employees that don’t really wanna work or have such seriously bad attitudes...

To sum my experience up here: horrible service, horrible employees' and horrible food (especially food presentation). I was on a fast food craving one late night and this location was the only one open nearest to me, I've heard awful things about it here but I chose to give it a go anyway. Since it was so late, I had to go through the drive-thru. I sat in that line for over an hour just to grab a burger and fries, mind you the place wasn't overwhelming busy at all, I still to this day don't understand why it took that long for some food. I thought the wait would be worth the reward, a hot meal. But what I got instead was a cold Quarter-Pounder with moldy cheese. It looked like the buns were crushed by someone's hands, I almost wanted to puke when I saw the moldy cheese. The fries were hardly cooked, they tasted like raw potatoes. And to make it even worse, I couldn't get my money back until the next day. And that didn't even happen because the manager tells me "sometimes cheese molds, it's fine to eat" and ignores my fries completely. Refund denied. To end this lengthy review: don't...
