I actually thought this place was rather decent until my most recent experience. I’m having a hard time understanding why I can’t get what I was willing to pay and wait for. The lady at the register took note that I didn’t mind waiting for fresh chicken out the grease since I didn’t want to pay for the chicken that’s been sitting around. White meat that sits usually gets tough under the hot lights. She said fine, that’s no problem. The tall manager heard my request to her but he disregarded my request and fixed my plate anyway. I told him my request and he talked over me and stated that it’s no way you’ll wait, chicken takes 40 mins to cook! (Stern aggressive tone). I’ve had my share of cooking for years, chicken does not take 40’mins to cook. Mind you, it’s was chicken frying up as we spoke. He shoved me my plate and didn’t give me any other choice. I paid! He acted as if I begged for free food & I had time to get what I paid for. What if I wanted to wait the 40 mins? He didn’t even bother to give me that option. Never returning to this establishment!! Opening Day and staff handled it with ease… their care to attention and flavor is on point! The food was hot, even with taking away & going back to the office to eat. The Sweet Chili Sauce was great! I had wings & swali fish & potato wedges a nice size Drink was included with meal box.

The hot food glass containment was very tasty appearance of FRESHLY COOKED hot food ! No hiding the kitchen in the back.
