Subway — Restaurant in Greensboro

The manager is friendly but the workers have no idea what they’re doing in terms of technology. There seems to be a big disconnect between the workers and the subway app. I’ve had an issue with an online order where the item wasn’t available in store yet I was charged for it and it has been a hassle just to get a refund. First the workers told me something contradictory to the app, then they referred me to the manager who I couldn’t get in contact with until a week later. Once I finally talked to him and got a refund arranged (I had to drive to the store to do it in person) the employee did it wrong and subtracted the money instead of refunding it. Once again the workers couldn’t help and I have to wait to contact the manager again. All this goes to show that the workers need better training. Not to mention the service is terribly slow, especially the drive thru, and when you order(and pay for) a bottled drink through the app it shows up as a small...

I was on my home from the Dr which was a 5 hrs visit I didn't feel like cooking but I wanted a sub I had already passed Harris Teeter but wasn't sure if they were still selling subs since the Boar's Head recall so I stopped at Subway I got a cold cut 9 footlong you can't see them put the meat or cheese( white Americans) on wheat bread I added my topping's mayo,spinach, tomatoes( asked for extra they were really small) cucumber 's red onions & black olives. I noticed it was very lightweight for sub I got home got settled in opened it up there was very little meat on it when I tried to cut it you have to hold to cut it was almost flat. I tried calling and the phone just rang and rang no one answered. Went to this subway location cornwallis drive in Greensboro north Carolina with a subway coupon ordered two foot long subs and then at check out received an outrageous price for a fast food restaurant that uses a microwave to heat their subs I told the lady at checkout that my total wasn't correct I had a buy one get one free coupon she called the owner and he said he doesn't take subway coupons and I'm at a subway go figure so I told her to refund my money and I would go elsewhere but she said we already made the subs and you have to pay for them I didn't want a confrontation so I just took the subs and went home to find very poor indigents and not pleased at all with my choice to go to subway what is this world coming to subway used to be great but now they are just another place that you will never go back to...
