I order from this establishment very often. But the service has got poorer and poorer with each visit . The one time they didn’t give pickles and we were charged for them. They give a percentage off the next order . Okay next time the food was not as good and they forgot a drink . This last time was awful!! I ordered almost 45 worth of food. I waited almost an hour and 20-30 mins and no food. When I call no one knows why my order had not been delivered. The delivery driver had already left and my order was placed before the delivery cut off time. Thankfully they get someone from door dash to deliver the food. The lady calls me back to let me know . They don’t offer no discount on the order nothing . But the kicker is they wanted me to give the door dash person a tip. Bc the person was just doing it out the kindness of their heart . Now I’m going to tip the person bc I am appreciative of them bringing my order. Plus I know I will be blessed but why didn’t they pay for the tip? If this is how this establishment is going to be run , it makes me think I should spend my hard earned money somewhere else . Also maybe others will think twice as well before they order from them too. Did I mention I’m tired and have to wait for this order to come. Then they call me at 11:14 asking me could I pay with card instead of cash . It would be easier .. did I mention I still haven’t got my food . I originally placed the order at 9:19. I asked her was she sure I was going to get my food since I’m paying with card. She said yes the driver had a few stops , but when she told me she found a driver it was 10:36.When I called at 1058 to make sure the food was still coming . She said yes he was on the way . Yes the food is good but the customer service is totally unprofessional and unacceptable! I order food for delivery and Mimi one of the cashiers state that she “personally” enter a note to not deliver to my home because someone called from my cellphone number placed an order and hung up? I found that totally hard to believe. Upon me explaining that I have no reference to the allegations that she’s claiming and I kindly ask her to remove the note because my family I and honestly enjoy the food. She then tell me that the only way they can deliver is by me paying with a card? Im absolutely fine with pay by debit but it’s weird to state to a customer “you gonna pay by card if you want us to deliver” After I place my order I then verified that the note she has associated with my number will be removed immediately cause I frequently order from this company and I don’t want this to happen moving forward. And of course is lied....at 7:05 12.31.2020 I called to place an order and a male cashier answered and stated the same thing Mimi has associated with my number!!! When asked to speak with the manager f Tedder cashier said He’s not available ironically. I then said I would like to continue my order and the young man release my call while I was placing my order. I called back he said hold on and release my call again. I called back and my number was blocked. This company is absolutely a joke when it comes to customer service. Giving a 1 star is too much they deserve a -0 star for terrible customer service Yes the food is good and no I will NEVER order food again for such poor customer service....

Owner was unpleasant and unprofessional. The establishment is sketch and doesn’t make you feel very safe. Sort of like you might get taken and trafficked out of it. We called and asked what were the ingredients On our pizza they told us and we specifically asked for extra of a certain topping on our pizza only to get home and realize there were none. So we call back and ask again and the lady who made the pizza doesn’t even know what toppings come on the pizza. Which if you look up the menu it very clearly states that the topping we requested is on the pizza. So we tell them and the lady says that they will replace the pizza. So the next day we call to order and what seems to be the owner tells us he will not live up to what we were told unless the lady who told us they would was willing to pay for that pizza. He would call her her which I’m fairly certain he just put the phone down for a second and didn’t attempt at all. So he says he will give us a free topping on another pizza. But he Will NOT be giving us a free pizza because of one topping. Which wouldn’t be a big deal had we not Specifically asked for the topping. No thank you sir we just won’t order from you no more was our reply and he replies back sorry you feel that way and hangs up.
