Pita Delite — Restaurant in Greensboro

I am all about supporting local businesses especially in this date and time and have been to all the Pita Delite. Today was not a good experience. i ordered on line at work and you have to order through grub hub, today I ordered the pita steak and cheese, one of my favorites. When It came to order the sub it asked what kind of bread and listed 3 choices, Sub roll, white pita or wheat pita. Of course I picked white pita. I go to pick up order, which I had to wait for and saw the person behind the counter cutting a sub roll and than bagging this, it was the only order behind the counter. I asked the man is this my order and he confirmed. I stated I order a pita, not a sub roll and he said the order says sub, I said yes I know that but underneath it says white pita, I have the same order on my phone. We went back and forth 3 times and I finally said I am not gong to argue with you maybe you should go on line and see what the chooses are. I cannot believe that he argued with me. I thought the customer was always right and clearly he did not read the ticket right. If he would have not argued with me and said yes mam I made a mistake do you want me to make you a new one I would have said no I'm good. but he clearly wanted to argue. In this pandemic you think everyone would be happy for business in such hard times. I...

I never thought I'd say this about Pita Delite. They have very friendly and helpful staff and management. I have always thought a lot of them. I have been coming here at least weekly for the steak and cheese special on Tuesday for years, for the crab salad pita on Fridays. I haven't had much problem with the steak and cheese but I have been going their for the past couple months on Fridays with my mom for the crab salad pita and we have both had stomach problems regularly after eating it. The past several times it has done the same thing every time, to at least one of us. It happened today, so bad that it ended my day and messed up my plans. They need to start having better quality control before I / we will start coming back again. Sadly this is one of my favorite meals at one of my favorite...

The scrawny little middle eastern guy that claims to own the place is too cheap to pay his bills when he is supposed to. He thinks he's some kind of self proclaimed big shot that is too big for his britches, making false threats and lying through his teeth. Also, he is very arrogant, even though he doesnt even seem to know how many stores he owns. Also, i feel sorry for his staff. There are signs all around his kitchen that read "NO TALKING IN THE KITCHEN OR GET THE HELL OUT" and "YOU ARE NOT A MANAGER.
