Wendy's — Restaurant in Greensboro

The first thing I have to say about this fast food restaurant... is that it is exceptionally superior compared to other piece of crap Wendy's I go to. First of all, the customer service is AMAZING. Everyone is so nice and it is clear that they love working at a fast food restaurant (I mean, who wouldn't!). For 7.25 dollars an hour, they sure have a good attitude towards snob customers like me. I have to admit, seeing Teresa's angelic face every time I order is the highlight of my dine-in. Even though she probably won't read this, I just want to tell the whole world of my love for her. I mean every time I tell her I want a 4-Pack nuggets with a sweet tea, she looks at me with those big brown pupils that dilate in the flourescent ceiling lights and I can't help but stutter my words. Also, that hair net that she wears never fails to make my heart beat out of rhythym. Her skin is such a light brown that it reminds me of the wonderful chocolate milkshakes that I drink at Wendy's. I have to say, that milkshake makes EVERY boy go to the yard ;) Teresa, if you read this... I just want you to know that I would catch a grenade for you any day. I love the way how you can hold TWO, not one, triple baconators in one hand. Now if that's not skill, I don't know what is. One day, I promise i'll ask her to share a large fry with me. We can dip the fries in our frosty's (if you know what that means). I don't care if we get obese together from eating so many fries, our love for eachother will never run out. The bigger you get, the more i will love you with my cholestorol filled heart. Truth is, I wanna marry you. Worst customer service experience ever came through the drive-through on Monday, March 3 around 8:50 PM I had placed a mobile order and was asked to pull forward and be parked. I waited for about five minutes then I received my food. I went home and noticed my entrée was missing so I immediately called back up to the store. They told me I could either come get my order tonight or they could write my name down and I can come up there tomorrow I opted to come up there the next day since I was already home and settled for the night I went there told them my name just to be told by a manager working they don’t write names down they don’t do that. She said do you have a receipt? I said yes I have a receipt for my mobile order. She said oh I can’t help you then you’re gonna have to call up here and I told her I already called up here last night my first noticed it. She then told me you’re gonna have to come inside. We’re gonna have to figure this out there shouldn’t have been anything to figure out since I have called up there last night keep in mind. I’m in a drive-through packed with four cars in front of me not able to get out. I got angry besides to read my vehicle so I probably should not have done but with me doing that by the time I got out of the drive-through line 2 patrons from inside decide to come out and investigate and taunt me because of that I left not wanting to get into a fight with two people who are no business and intervening to begin with so needless to say I never received my order management doesn’t seem to care since it was a mobile order absolutely terrible experience. I used to visit this location 3 to 4 times a week due to me living less than five minutes away now I will never return again. I hope you...

Edit: update 3: 6/21/22

We tried to go to this location again last week. As we approached we noticed an unhappy customer walking towards the door with a bag of food and a drive through line that looked like it was taking ages once again. We asked the lady about her order and they had screwed up on it. We decided to not risk our money or tummies here again and left. I still cannot recommend this location.

Edit: update 2 4/10 Been here a few times since and today got stuck waiting for 30 min+ for food. We were only the 4th-5th car down in line. Their was only a few people indoors waiting as well. They had around 4 employees on staff one of them was on their cellphone not sure why. The ketchup containers weren't even put together. It's like they had no one supervising them to run things well. I had to go inside to ask for our food otherwise they would've continued taking our sweet time. Fries were hot meat on burgers and mc nuggets were cold.

I would not recommend anyone to visit this location ever for food.

So this is going to sound weird but my ladies bacon double cheeseburger the bacon in it tasted like cigarettes. So gross at first I thought she was maybe just tasting something weird. But like no it literally taste like someones cigarette had gotten into the grease or something for when their cooking their stuff. I'm absolutely horrified.

Edit: update. Visited recently food seemed to be on par. We only did because the place is close to us. Didn't take long to go thru drive thru either. This is still a location we avoid but atleast the food tasted correctly this time. My lady and I stomach was messed up the next day though so we should've just said no to...
