I was so excited about eating at Zaxbys but my experience made me not want to eat at Zaxbys ever again due to the inconvenience given by the drive thru employee who stated that they just ran out of the traditional wings for combo number 3 (Wings &Thingz) and that I only had three options to choose from ( Combo #1, 2, and salads). I replied to the employee by stating that it’s a big inconvenience and discrepancy being none of this was stated before I proceeded to make an order, so I asked for the manager and was told to drive around to the window. I was greeted by the employee name of Zakri who wasn’t to polite, and seemed to be rushing me due to the restaurant closing in half an hour. I then asked for the manager who approached the window and was oblivious to the situation at hand which I became confused due to me not long ago asking Zakri for the manager I would of expected her to explain the situation to Adrienne (manager on duty) but failed to do so. So when I asked Adrienne if the only options I had to choose from where accurate (Combo #1, 2, and salads) she stated that it would be a 20 minute wait for the traditional wings and that they where not out and she was unaware that Zakri failed to informed me on that. I told Adrienne I was okay with waiting the extra 20 minutes that turned into 40 (but I will get to that shortly). Zakri returned to the window to proceed payment for the other two orders that where taken for my two coworkers. One of my coworkers asked if she could verbally inform her on what order was who’s and she failed to do so by responding “Sorry I don’t know who’s order is who’s you’ll have to look and see for yourself”, and proceeded to inform us to have a goodnight without taking my order for my food. I then responded “I’m still waiting on your manager (Adrienne) to take my order”. Adrienne approaches the window giggling as if me asking for proper service was hilarious. She took my order and withheld my card from about 2-3 minutes before returning it. I waited in the parking lot for almost 50 minutes to see all the remaining employees come out the restaurant along with my food, which means my food was withheld from me until every employee clocked out at 10:18 P.M., this is unacceptable and very upsetting. When I asked for the contact information to corporate I was informed that the restaurant was a franchise and there isn’t any contact information. I’m extremely displeased with the service and will no longer be returning to Zaxbys at any location being that this location has had several unprofessional complaints listed on google.

She asked me what kind of drink I wanted with my meal and I couldn't even find on the menu what type of drinks they served so we both got sweet tea which wasn't that good tasted old and not to mention that I asked for hot honey mustard and ranch for the chicken tenders I got charged for one of those sauces like come on really like bc the $28 already just wasn't enough right so yea they definitely had to add that .50 on there which i shouldn't have got in charge since they should be giving two sauces for five chickens anyways and then when we get home I take the food out of the bag and I see that my husband has two different sauces which I'm not sure which one of them was the hot honey mustard because it came in a clear container and like I said she gave me two different sauces sorry to say but. I don't think we will be going back there anytime soon.. I was so disappointed And for those prices I should have been fat full and happy but instead I went to sleep sad and hungry this place used to be A1 on top of everything used to be so good I'm not sure what happened to this location sorry but the way things are going nowadays I just don't have $30 to be throwing away on food that isn't going to fill us up or that is a small amount nor fresh.. could have went and got a 2 for 25 from Applebee's and would have ended up fat full n happy...
Read moreThis Zaxby’s is far the worst I’ve experience. And I experience it a little too often due to it being right near my house. I’ve bit my tongue thinking it would get better but it’s just consistently bad. Most of the time there is an issue with my order, whether it be lack of sauces and then them trying to charge me for sauce I never received, or to the overcooked wings, or to the lack of fries whenever I “go big” on my order. Tonight just did it for me. I ordered thru the app and did curbside, checked in when I got there, and sat in the curbside spot for 15 mins. After watching cars come and go thru the drive thru, I joined the drive thru to try and retrieve my order. I pulled to the window and was greeted very unpleasantly by the person working the window. My food was just sitting on the counter and of course I get it and it’s lukewarm and fries are soggy. Then, while I’m eating it, one of the wings had a whole feather on it. I’m not talking just a strand of a feather. The wing sauce stuck to every bit of that feather and you would’ve thought it was a piece of the skin of the chicken. Between it being fried, sauced, and put on my plate, someone had to have noticed this chicken with a big feather on it. At this point my entire appetite is gone.
