one of the worst dining experiences of my life. It’s my birthday and i came here with my in-laws to celebrate. We were a group of 6. As you can see by the pictures, not overly crowded. Typical Tuesday night crowd. Our waitress Leelee (not sure if that’s her name, they’re scribbled on their name tag) was terse, inattentive and seemed to be mad the entire time. We arrived at 6:10, didn’t have anyone come to our table or get a drink order in until 6:20. When they came, it was half of the drinks. It took another 5 mins for the rest of the order and for us to get our food order in (~25 minutes after first arriving). We ordered a few appetizers hoping they’d come out well before the entrees. The entire time we were waiting, she never refilled our water. We had to ask for them to refilled. We waited 40 minutes before any food came out, and instead of an appetizer, it was an entree salad. It was supposed to be a Caesar salad, and as you can see by the picture, it was not. It’s some chicken on a plate of lettuce. No parmesan, no dressing, not a Caesar salad. Our friend who had the salad didn’t eat it because he was being polite and waiting for our food to come out. When our waiter came back she said “is there something wrong with your food” in a nasty tone. He explained why and she left. After around another 10 minutes, they brought out the “mozzarella” sticks. They were lukewarm at best, and the marinara sauce was chunky and unappealing. She never apologized to us, or explained why the food was taking so long. She didn’t mention it until we asked why the appetizers were taking so long or if they were even still coming. At that point, we decided we were going to leave and just pay for the items that were already out. We tried explaining that to the waitress, and she either misheard us or didn’t care because she brought out some of the entrees. After we explained, she said “ok have a nice night” and left. This was by the worst BWW experience, and one of the worst dining experiences ever. We noticed several employees outside smoking on our way out. We do wonder if that contributed to the wait. We ended up going to another restaurant immediately after.

WARNING... If you decide to eat here, do so at your own risk! Why, you may ask!? Well, in the immortal words of Ricky Bobby channeling Col. Harland Sanders, "I'm too drunk to taste this Chicken!". And, obviously that is what the Management and Cooking Staff of Buffalo Wild Wings in Greenville, NC hopes... That you're too drunk to taste their hard, crunchy, cold, overpriced wings to do anything about it. The wings don't just subvert expectation, they take it outside and beat the taste and enjoyment out of them. The only bright side was the serve staff helping to remedy the situation, ie remove the items from the tab, so I could run as fast as possible to the front entrance and visit a reputable restaurant that actually cares and respects their customers gasteonomic experience. With the supply of restaurants, especially those serving wings, you would believe that a place called Buffalo Wild Wings would offer the pinnacle of our winged delicacy, at least that is what their marketing ads want you to subscribe to. And, why is the self-proclaimed "Home" of March Madness, lacking any semblance of the fun, inviting local sports pub their commercials portray? Only a handful of the TVs even have the games playing and the room has about as much energy as a group of labotomized sloths. Good luck Buffalo Wild Wings to keep pulling the veil over unsuspecting customers. Many household name companies have gone extinct for less.

We stopped to have lunch here and while the wings were delicious, everything else kind of took away from the experience. When we walked in the girl up front seemed to be having a personal conversation with some people and we waited to be acknowledged. She then went behind the counter and called for someone else to greet us. Not a great start but we thought maybe she was just on break or something. In general the restaurant was not exactly sparkling but the bathrooms were especially not so, they definitely need to be better kept. The seats were sunken in on one side and had some debris from previous guests. Our waiter was helpful and kind, giving us a good suggestion with the current deal and making sure we had everything we needed, although it took a while to get our food even though it wasn't busy. The sweet BBQ and lemon pepper wings (bone in) were very good and complimented each other's flavor. Fries were okay.

Subject: Unacceptable Experience at Buffalo Wild Wings in Greenville

Dear Buffalo Wild Wings Management,

I am writing to express my extreme anger and deep disappointment at the recent experience I had at your Greenville location. As a loyal customer for over 13 years, I have spent more money at your establishment than at any other in the area. However, my latest visit was utterly disappointing and has left me questioning how your business continues to operate with such blatant disregard for customer satisfaction.

On Friday, while watching the University of Arizona basketball game during the NCAA tournament, the manager decided to switch the audio to hip-hop music, citing that someone had requested it. This decision was made despite my presence and interest in watching the game, which is the primary purpose of a sports bar. It is appalling that my preference as a long-standing customer was disregarded in favor of someone who arrived later. The University of Arizona is my alma mater, and watching their games is not just about entertainment; it's about supporting my school and reliving fond memories.

Unfortunately, this is not the first time I have experienced such disregard. Previously, during a Duke regular season game, I faced a similar situation where the audio was changed mid-game. Despite that incident, I gave your establishment another chance, hoping that it was an isolated mistake. However, the recurrence of this issue shows a clear lack of respect for loyal customers like myself.

Your commercials emphasize the importance of watching and listening to sports in your establishment, yet this promise was not upheld. If you wish to transform your sports bar into a club, then perhaps it's time to rebrand accordingly. However, as it stands, your actions suggest a blatant disregard for loyal customers who have supported your business through the years.

Furthermore, the service quality has significantly deteriorated, which compounds my frustration. It seems that your company no longer values the loyalty and patronage of long-time customers. I am deeply hurt by this lack of respect and consideration.

Let me be clear: I am not just disappointed; I am outraged. I will not hesitate to share my experience on every social media platform, review site, and forum available. I will make sure that everyone knows about the poor service and disregard for customer preferences at your establishment. I will ensure that my voice is heard, and I will not rest until others are aware of the treatment I received.

I am genuinely puzzled as to how your business continues to operate with such a clear disregard for customer satisfaction. It is astonishing that you remain in business despite consistently failing to meet the expectations of loyal customers like myself.

I hope you take my feedback seriously and address these issues promptly. Until then, I will be spending my money at establishments that respect their customers'...

Went in last night with my mother and sons to eat BOGO because my sons begged me after voting. We usually do take out pretty frequently on Tuesdays with no issues to date😁 Not very busy. Everyone in our section were already eating when we arrived. From the initial interaction with our waitress Summer she seemed very snippy & nonchalant regarding simple questioning regarding drinks and hesitant to further investigate inquiry. Also in a rush to get away from our table if we weren't immediately ready to order or had additional questions. Definitely came across rude even if it was presented with a smile😒 No biggie. Having a great day and no one would ruin valuable time with my family. Gave her my sons & mother's drink & appetizer order to proceed. Went to bar myself for requested inquiry regarding my drink. Got my answers & even some lemonade mix recommendations from the bartender😊 Prior to returning to my table I requested the manager via the host and without going into much detail simply asked for another waiter. Manager Kira (?sp.) apologized for inconvenience and obliged. Should have been the end of any issues. Our new waiter Channie was awesome! Very thorough & attentive. Even made wing recommendations and small talk. My son absolutely adored him😍 Summer continued to work her other tables around us. My mother inquired about hot tea with Channie and he went to the kitchen to inquire. Before he could return Summer returned to our table body positioned directly towards me & addressing only me regarding the tea request. Using her hands, rolling her eyes and frankly detailing something to the effect of "...we can't just make a new batch just because you asked for us to!" Didnt catch the entire explanation because I was so flabbergasted because why are you even addressing the issue in the first place? I went on to explain the request wasn't for me but for my mother to which she turned and graciously offered her sweet tea as "consolation". Mam YOU ARE NO LONGER OUR WAITER! I felt it was definitely personal at this point for her possibly due to initial reprimand. I kept it cordial because I was in my mother's presence as well as that of my children. Had I not I would have definitely addressed the situation differently! Our new waiter had yet to return with an update when this all happened. When I inquired with him as to why she addressed the issue he had no idea. Again I asked for the manager Kira. She again apologized for the inconvenience but nothing else. I understand the frustrations that come with customer service but they should never be bestowed upon your customers under any circumstances and especially not in the presence of young children or elders. Please incorporate more cudtomer service training and promote newbie Channie!!😉 Because this easily could have been a case of feel free to experiment with the possibilities of the actions at your...
