I recently placed an online order at the new location, which is super convenient since it’s close to my workplace. I was told my order would be ready around 12:10, but when I got there, the place was quite busy. I understand that being a new location might come with a few hiccups, resulting in a longer wait time. However, I noticed that walk-in customers were being served ahead of my online order, and a staff member kept asking about the status of my order.
Once I got back to work and opened the meals, I was surprised to see that the portions were much smaller than I expected—about half the size. Chipotle used to have generous portions and really prioritized customer satisfaction, so it’s a bit disappointing to see that seems to have changed.

Read moreOrdered online, was told my order would be ready by 12, I get there at 12:10, they tell me they can't find my order and to park in the lot, I park and wait as my 1 year old is screaming in the car, no one shows up. It is now 12:30, I go in the store and ask about my order and they say they don't have it and obviously had no intention of letting me know as I waited outside....
The cashier stares at me for five minutes as I ask what's going on and show them my order, the name, the order number, the store address, and confirmed payment in my email.
Finally the guy that originally told me to wait comes over and confirms the order. He makes the order and off I go at 12:40.
Does this place have a manager?? What is going on here? I know they are new but there should be a manager who cares on site, especially for a new Chipotle... A company with endless funds...

I was then told it would be faster if I went through the drive-through, which I did, and then waited another 20 min for my food.
