The most recent time we ate at this location the food was okay, but the service was absolutely terrible. The hostess seated us near the front door and about a booth over from where the wait staff was sitting and gossiping, on a cold night when the restaurant wasn't busy at all and there were many available seats.
The waitress (young, probably teenage girl) came to our table and took our drink order, then disappeared for about 5 minutes. When she returned and gave us incorrect drinks, I told her we would like a queso dip as an appetizer, then we told her which entree we wanted, both of us got the same thing, we specified we wanted it prepared the exact the same way (with extra flour tortillas on the side). The waitress again disappeared and was gone for some time.
She never brought us our queso dip, but instead delivered our entrees, which the menu showed no mention of including a salad, and our plates were half loaded with a salad that we didn't see was listed as included and had never been included before. I had to ask about our queso dip and she said she had forgotten it and returned with the worst queso dip either of us had ever had. It wasn't cheesy, and instead seemed like it was watered down almost. We had to wait until we were nearly done with our entrees before she came and offered a refill.
While we were eating, since we were placed so close to the table the wait staff was congregating at, we were able to overhear their very inappropriate for work conversation they were having.
What was supposed to be a nice birthday dinner ended up being a huge let down and ruined our taste for what used to be a pretty nice...

We had a party of four on Wednesday, August 14th. We arrived at 11:40 and quickly put our order in, and by 12:30 we still had not received our food. We asked our waitress Daniella if our food was coming. She went to the back to check, then returned to tell us that the cook staff had sent the food out to the wrong table. I call BS! Most customers would turn away food that they know they did not order. I honestly believe our order was never put in. We asked to speak to a manager, and the man never showed up until he brought our food out. At that point, we told him we would need it in to go boxes because we had to return to work. When Daniella brought our food out in bags, we asked for a discount for our troubles...they only took off $1 on our tabs and they had charged me for a side of guacomole that I did not order. We have never had terrible service or food from this restaurant, but I was very disappointed.
We decided to try again yesterday, August 21. This time, we had a party of five. We were sitting at the tables in the middle of the dining room...four at one table and the fifth person was sitting at the table connected to it. We all ordered at the same time. The person sitting at the second table received her food first, while the other four of us had to wait longer for our food (even though we ordered at the same time). Daniella was our waitress again.
We are regulars and come here just about every Wednesday, but we will definetly not be returning as often,...

First time impressions: the food was tasty & fresh, it was ready quickly, and was generous in portion sizes. Everything was packed well with no spilling.
The flaws (the star & a half off) were errors in the take out order & pricing. We ordered cheese dip which was supposed to be free for first time customers that sign up for emails but it wasn't included with our food (and we were charged for it). We ordered both tacos al pastor and tacos de carnitas but instead of the latter, they wrote down & gave us carne asada (steak). The steak ones were good, but we really wanted to try the pulled pork variety.
I'm also disappointed the tacos al pastor didn't come with the traditional pineapple (I grew up by the Mexican border and this is the first time I didn't have pineapple in my tacos al pastor).
I'm upset that we were charged more than the online prices, plus there was an unexpected pick up fee charged twice for our order (strange that they charge you for the only available way to eat their food right now...).
The tacos de carnitas were supposed to be $8.25 (the steak ones that we got are listed at $7.99 on the menu), and the tacos al pastor were listed at $8.49. We were charged $10.45 for each. Adding in the $1.50 to go fees and the $3.49 cheese dip we were supposed to get for free but they left out & charged us for, it was more than $9 extra.
One error is understandable, but multiple ones lower my rating.
Summary-- good food, but watch out for errors and...
