Hibachi Xpress — Restaurant in Greenville

AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! Pleaseee avoid this restaurant! I believe decent customer service is the bare minimum of any establishment and I experienced the absolute worse customer service here. The lady at the register was extremely EXTREMELY rude and had a very nasty attitude after being asked a "single" question. Based on some of the prior reviews it seems this is a CONSISTENT PROBLEM. People are still commenting on her rudeness. Unfortunately, this lady has not changed. I assume she is likely the owner/manager. These reviews may not change her behavior, but if it eliminates one (hopefully more) potential customer(s), then this review has served it's purpose. I was completely disgusted by her attitude so I decided to leave and not order anything. Considering inflation and the state of the economy, I refuse to spend money at a place that obviously doesn't care about how they treat their customers. After leaving this place I decided to go to Hibachi Japan 10th Street (customer service was 10x better)!! I will never come to this restaurant again. I definitely WOULD NOT recommend anyone support their business; hence why I decided to leave a review. If it was possible, I wouldn't even give them one star (they don't deserve that)! In fact, that speaks volumes, because typically I don't leave bad reviews unless its a TERRIBLE experience. Regarding the lady at the register, if you're that hateful/rude to your customers, the last place you need to be servicing is the register! Very rude customer service I called to order for pickup and the lady who answered caught an attitude when I asked a question and then proceeded to hang up on me . Thinking it had to be a mistake i called back and asked to speak with a manager she swims nonthing just hung up on me again the restaurant is close to my house so I went there and asked for a manager and she tells me no manger so I asked for the owners information either email or phone number still nonthing . Overpriced. Asked for Hibachi chicken. Comes out to over 8 bucks with no drink included….🤦🏻‍♂️ Also asked to have the onions and zucchini swapped for broccoli instead. Ended up getting the same amount of broccoli as if I never brought it up, meaning they skimped me on the amount of food people usually get. When I brought it up, I was told that’s all I get in broccoli. So long story short, I paid over $8 to get a giant box of rice with a few pieces of chicken and even fewer pieces of broccoli. Leaving a photo so anyone reading this knows I’m not full of it. This much rice should cost less than a dollar....
