Angus Grill West — Restaurant in Greenville

This Restaurant is directly across from Vidant Medical Center. It's in a good location with several other restaurant options. However, they dont act like there's competition in the area. The waitress/ bartender was far from pleasant. I went in to order food after a long day with my friend in the hospital. I was tired but I still walked in with a smile. I found myself greeting the waitress before she greeted me. Granted, she might've had a rough and long day too but she didnt act that way towards anyone else. She walked away before I completed my order then rolled her eyes After I told her I wasn't done. On top of that terrible service, The Carolina burger was incorrect (as far as toppings) and the Steak salad was not as expected. It was like philly steak meat/ steakums. The description stated: Salad mix, GRILLED RIB-EYE STEAK, lettuce, tomatoes, onions, mushrooms, bacon, shredded cheese but the steak was cut up into pieces as small as the bacon bits. I started going to this location earlier this year. The food is fair. I went to them tonight and bartender asked me to come out side and told me they decided they don’t want to sever me because my last visit. So I asked them what did I do. They said they had hard time getting me to leave and they said I called a bartender weird. That’s not true. What’s funny to me the week before that I was disrespected by a white man and he called me names and they didn’t do nothing about his actions but this black woman has had one issue and you decided not serve me no more… seems very racial to me…. I’m very disappointed with there action and never talked to a manager. When do bartenders make decisions for the business…and to add they could never give me clear answers of what I did all they said the bartenders made...

They had promotional free drinks (see photo) that were impossible to redeem. And I left feeling a little swindled, without my free tea. We even asked our waitress for help to redeem it. She stated hardly no one does it because it's a multi-step process. I WISH THINGS WERE MORE STRAIGHT FORWARD.

The food was just okay. We were very hunger and I suggested burgers. The atmosphere: this restaurant was empty when we came in. As we dined a couple people came to sit at the bar.
