This Church's Texas Chicken location is a masterclass in how not to run a fast-food establishment. My recent visit was a deeply frustrating experience, plagued by a trifecta of disorganization, uncleanliness, and glacial service. From the moment I walked in, it was clear that chaos reigned. The staff seemed to be operating in their own individual universes, with no apparent communication or coordination. Orders were being shouted, confused looks were exchanged, and it felt more like watching a poorly rehearsed play than a functioning kitchen. This disorganization directly translated into an incredibly long wait to even place my order, let alone receive it. And while I was waiting, I had ample time to take in my surroundings, which were, frankly, disgusting. The dining area was visibly dirty, with crumbs and spills on tables that clearly hadn't been wiped down recently. The floor was sticky in places, and the overall impression was one of neglect. It makes you wonder about the cleanliness of the kitchen if the front-of-house is in such a state. Finally, after what felt like an eternity, I received my food. "Fast food" is a misnomer here; the wait for the food itself was even longer than the wait to order. When it finally arrived, it was lukewarm and underwhelming, which only added insult to injury after such a protracted and unpleasant experience. Save yourself the frustration and find another option. This place needs new management! The Manger who she says her name is Ashley is just sad work! I stopped here tonight for 3 pies , a 8pc boneless combo meal and a few more things. Look what they gave me unbelievable!!When I order the pies she said it’ll be a 8 minute wait, no problem I’ll wait but to actually wait for this is ridiculous!!!! Burnt pies that’s not even recognizable!!!! After paying she then say’s we’re out of ice! I’m thinking it’ll be okay not knowing that the drink was going to be hot as tea! I brought the food back I arrived the second time @ 10:22pm they had the nerve to put a black car in the drive through so they can stop taking orders! I go around to the window it was the same person (Ashley) who took my order was also handled money while handing food. She bagged my order up. She was aware of this before handing this to me. When I asked her about the pies she said it’s like that cause of the grease (really) do you want your money back or what with a nasty attitude then when I asked her about the boneless chicken she said we don’t sale the flavor you asked for (mild) so we gave you this! I’m asking what’s the extra stuff in there she said it was okra! Something I didn’t order and is allergic to! I told her if she would have told me this when I order I would of gotten something else! If there was an option for a zero rating, that's what they'd get. We recently had a coupon for a 12 piece tenders for $12. After waiting 10 minutes, I was told that they dropped it on the floor and would have to start over. I said ok, and about 5 minutes after that they said that they were out of chicken. The attitudes of the employees were not only un-empathetic but outright rude. With a hungry baby & wife at home I promptly headed home when my wife asked me to the other location of Churchs about 5 mins away, but I realized that this store had kept my coupon. When I returned to get my coupon, a different girl was at the window and acted like I was lying about the situation, .but finally she gave my coupon back. After heading to the other location, I was informed that they were out of macaroni & cheese, and that they didn't have the corn nuggets that were listed on the menu bc that was s promotional item. Again this location was rude and took FOREVER to get my food. When I finally got home, half of the chicken was dry/ old/ hard..... unbelievable. I'm told that these are two separate franchises yet they both have really rude employees and they both can't seem to provide the options that area clearly on their menu. You know what, if there was a negative # that I could rate them, that's where they'd be....
