The Radio Room has a variety of Acts and shows going on most nights of the week. We were there for a special concert series call" CANDLELIGHT". These are classical musicians who played in a variety of venues, performing one to two groups music from a variety of genres including classical. The number of musicians vary but at our show there were three violins and a cello player. There was thousands of candles set up in a variety of ways and places which was show unto themselves. Our musicians performed a setlist of classic rock and pop songs. Everything from "Paint it black "by the Stones to "Come As you Are "by Nirvana. The encore was Bohemian Rhapsody which was phenomenal its complexity and emotional power. Truly masterful playing of a masterpiece. The staff at the Radio Room were excellent. The doors are supposed to open at 6:00 but there was a long line so they started letting us in at 5:45. From the door to our seats was smooth and very professional. Even though there was over two or 300 people seated the place to set up in such a way that's easy to move about to get to the bathroom, the bar, etc. the food was good and reasonably priced. Besides concert type performances trivia night, karaoke ,and other special things I would highly recommend this place to anybody that wants to have a good time for...

I had the Mac and cheese skillet, while my boyfriend opted for the tower of sliders. All of it was sooo good! Waiter and managers were all very attentive.
We were asked by a manager to move seats toward the end of our dinner as there was a table of 10 coming in and they wanted to accommodate them. The manager offered to cover a couple of our drinks and buy me a shot for my birthday that is coming up for the inconvenience! We would've moved anyway as we're reasonable people, but this was such a nice offer/touch. This will be a regular spot for us when we visit Chicago from here on out!
*My one complaint is, I expected a place this nice to have bathrooms that don't resemble a dive bar. They were...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreRecently attended Rando/Pink Floyd concert. Really enjoyed the concert but was quite disappointed that there was not nearly enough chairs for the 55 plus concert goers. I am 73 yrs old and saw where it said limited seating. We got there at 6:30 and stood in line. We were probably 30th in line and the seats were all taken by the time we got inside. Also we Noticed many tables were reserved.I managed to make it through the whole concert but I doubt I will ever come back to your venue. It was quite painful on my old back. I just feel with it being sold out that you could have provided more seating. If you could not provide more seating you should allow concert goers to bring lawn chairs into your venue. Just my thoughts but you should consider this as I heard other 55 plus peeps complain about the seating arrangements. Thank you...
