This location has the most pathetic, sorry excuse for employees of any business I’ve ever been to. Nothing but miserable attitudes, miserable service, prices that change between the order point and the window; the only consistent thing about them is the disgusting behavior of the staff at every visit. The fact no one has put their hands on one of these people through the window is nothing short of a miracle in these crazy times.

Cashiers don’t know their menu and don’t know how to do their jobs, at all. They turn around and catch an attitude with you for their lack of common sense. How does it go from “$8.26.” At the order point followed by “$10.82.” At the window? When you ask there’s no explanation, no attempt to fix the issue, just slamming windows in your face, walking away and practically throwing your order through the window.

I’m nothing but nice at these places because I get how chaotic it can be. But in the middle of a random day when you have NO customers? Lose your attitude.

I’ll gladly drive out of the way to winterville to avoid this...

Well usually I don't have any problems at this location. If I do, it's very minor...but this time takes the cake. Maybe I came too late at night for them to make their food as they usually would, or maybe someone in the kitchen was mad? Anywho, I ordered the tray with a big double burger. Everything was right except the burger. I ordered my burger with everything on it. There was barely anything on the burger except for a very small amount of ketchup, onions, lettuce, bacon, and cheese. The interesting part was there was only one patty on the bun, and it was smaller than any patty I've seen from here. I mean VERY small. It was also pretty burnt. I guess if it were any other situation, I would be upset, but I almost laughed because I had never seen their burgers turn out that bad. But again, maybe it was an off night for them. I hate this location... My son likes this place but I will NEVER TAKE HIM THERE AGAIN... According to the 6 black female staff ( I'm not prejudice my son is biracial) I do not know how to order a cheeseburger plate... I'm told constantly that I'm not ordering right my son wants no pickles or tomatoes... Every time I'm told I Dont order right... Okay I'm the customer ... If you really think and I tell you what I Dont want adjust order no...I'm told I'm not supposed to order a certain way..I'm interrupted while giving order and over talked... I'm the customer I'm paying... Customer service does not exist on memorial drive ... Who manages? Really? You suck I told my son I will never go back...teach your staff customer service skills they lack...I'm from a very large family here and you best believe... I will not recommend...
