Security cameras need to be checked to corroborate this event. The nastiest attitude at this place! Walked in to place my order and had to repeat my self twice every single item. The woman at the cashier didn’t even make eye contact, was very rude even when I asked about sushi ingredients. I had to speak louder at the very end o de my order for she again didn’t hear what I said and without saying anything she just walked away from the register. Suddenly The girl at the window came and took my payment. I walked outside and wait for my order to be ready. At the moment of picking up my order I asked the cashier at the window for the other persons name and refuse to provided. But, she did remarkably pointed out that the woman in question was the MANAGER AND OWNER of this place! After I mentioned to her that this person’s attitude wasn’t the best, actually nasty, she jumped and interrupted me by saying that she jus went through surgery and was experiencing pain. In other words, she justified her for her wrongdoing. After I took a picture of this two, the so called MANAGER turned around for the picture (of course)and didn’t even gave an apology. The youngest woman followed me all the way to my car and took a photograph of my plate and treated me. Also started to arguing by justifying the manager AGAIN, plus, turning things around by saying I was the one who provoked her! Now, if this is the manager not standing by her own business, not caring for treating people incorrectly and not showing some kind of initiative solving problems...Then WHO IS???!!! Can’t complain about the great food is served but itself, they are consistently good every time about that. But doesn’t every single customer feel welcome every single time also. I am sure we’re ALL facing difficulties , but that isn’t a reason AT ALL to take things against anyone. Photo of them awful attitude workers posted on Facebook page. They can do better. My chicken was slighlty under-done. The broccoli was not stir fried and wasn't seasoned. Very dry and crunchy. The opposite of what hibachi should be. The toppings are all a la carte for $1. It's off-putting and ridiculous. Just replace the a la carte option with actual food that people want to eat. The rice had an odd metallic flavor like it had been sitting in an electric rice cooker for too long. I went home and stir fried everything with some onion, garlic, a tbsp of dark soy, and oil. Took 5 min. It was perfect. If they had just cooked it, it would have been fine. I would have waited. The store wasn't busy so I don't understand why the rice and vegetables couldn't have been stir fried for a few minutes, unless dumping unseasoned steamed broccoli into a takeout container with barely fried rice is just what they do. The spring rolls were just so-so. A bit plain and dry, the cabbage was overcooked. BUT the white sauce was horrible. It tasted like plain mayo. It was still very stiff - as if the seasoning hadn't been added yet. It should be pourable. Remind the kitchen staff to taste for proper seasoning before he serves. 🤷🏼‍♀️ Easy fixes. There are so many other hibachi options, i'd hate to lose a decent restaurant on this side of town. $22+tip for my daughter and i to eat there on a drive thru order. When i could have gotten everything just the way I like it somewhere else for $15-18 including drinks and spring rolls. I tipped because the girl at the drive thru was nice. This is an amazing idea! This place has a drive thru and you can eat inside. This was my first visit. I went after work so it was around 520pm or so. There were probably 5 cars in front of me but the line moved quicker than expected. I ordered hibachi vegetables but NO MUSHROOMS as I am allergic to them. The lady that took my order was very nice and polite. Yes mam.. no mushrooms. Much to my surprise, the line continued to move quick and I paid for my food and was on my way home. I live about 45 mins away from where I work. The food smelled delicious! Couldn't wait to get home to enjoy it. Much to my surprise, after eating half of the dinner I found a mushroom... I thought... that sneaky mushroom. As I took another bite, I actually BIT into a mushroom. Ok.. so now I look at my food... the last half of my veggies covered up about 1/3 cup of mushrooms. . Again I will tell you that I am allergic to mushrooms. (Break out in hives and itch like crazy) so .. by now I begin to itch.. and then come the hives.. my arms.. back.. head .. hands... it was NOT a fun way to end my day. It's a good thing that they don't make my throat swell. The food was delicious! Just make sure to look at your food closely if you are allergic like I am.
