I’d give it 0 stars if possible. They fail across the board every time I’ve visited as both a customer and a doordasher. Worked in food service for 20 years from line cook to GM. This place is hands down, without a doubt, miles ahead of everyone in terms of worst fast food experience in Greenville. Customer service is overall poor. You can tell by the attitudes nobody wants to be there. And I get it, I’ve been in a kitchen but at the same time you have to be presentable for your customers. They’ve been in business for years yet it seems they are grossly unprepared for lunch time hours every single day. The quality of food compared to the location on Greenville Blvd is night and day. I actually quit eating there because I know full well what chicken cooked in old or nonfiltered oil tastes like. Cleanliness seems to be an option there that nobody takes seriously. Prepare to spend sometimes up to 30 minutes just to order and pick up. There’s no sense of urgency among any of their staff members. If I was a member of their management I would be thoroughly embarrassed. It’s an absolute disgrace to an otherwise great food chain. Whoever is in charge of their hiring process should probably be relieved of their duties. This store needs a complete overhaul from the general manager down to the dishwasher. As a dasher, this is the only place where I’ve had to unassign from orders multiple times due to their ridiculous wait times. I mean food service is by no means easy work, but this location has managed to assemble the most incompetent and incapable group of individuals to handle the store. As I said, it’s simply embarrassing. I will be making a call to their regional office, as well as to the local officials due to some issues and concerns I’ve seen with the way they handle food and overall cleanliness. Really sad to see this place in this mess. Hopefully...
Read moreI went to eat here with family ill say the chicken was sour I heard the employees talking about it . I asked what was going on to my surprise a employee told me the chicken was sour and the general manager told them to just wash the chicken off . Her name is Angela Judge I understand food cost but jesus is a bonus that important to serve our of date food . It had the whole lobby smelling like a sewer . Then something smelled burned up as well thinking someone burned something no it was the grease it was burnt up and once again after getting burnt tasting fries I went back to ask why are they tasting burnt and was told Angela Judge did not want to change the grease "it still had life" are you trying to take someone's life or make them sick over a quick penny . So I asked what can I order that doesn't go in the grease we ordered cheddar Bo and the young lady who brought them up was very kind . Not knowing the disbelief I was in over all the other food I got a refund but the manager working shameeka did not see the problem in sour or burnt grease with the nerve to still serve people. Another group came in got food while leaving they asked a employee why did the food smelled burnt she said the grease is burnt the general manager Angela Judge has knowledge of it and was there early in the day and knew before leaving she recommended trying the food before leaving to decide on a refund. A employee said this herself as a customer I would be highly upset to waste money on food that the manager knows isn't standard . Speaking out gets you in trouble. Also stating that they use of date food all the time and when brought to the general managers knowledge she will get mad . Someone close this place down...
Read moreI waited for 45 minutes in the drive through and when I finally went inside to ask how long it would be four different employees all refused to acknowledge me, even when I would call out to them. I was able to get one person to respond to me but she just said "I have to package it up" and walked away before I could say anything. When she finally returned (without the food) I asked how long the wait would be and she said she didn't know and walked away again. I watched an employee make two meals and leave with them. I watched another wipe down the counters with soap. I asked several people for a refund but was, again, ignored. I have never been so frustrated or felt so invisible. I eventually caught the attention of a man in what I'm assuming was the manager clothing and he got upset with me for asking for a refund. It took me another 15 minutes to actually get my money back because they kept saying it's "almost ready now" but I finally received it and had to wait another long stint of being ignored before I could get a receipt to prove I'd even been here. Cashier DaMia, 9:14 PM for, finally, receiving the refund. Additionally, when the manager was preparing the refund he asked an employee what was going on and she said I was mad there was a line in front of me. No ma'am, I was frustrated at waiting Over An Hour in the first "pull forward" spot in the drive through. If there had been a long line, a warning of a wait, or a busy dining area I'd have made other plans. I'm so...
