Taco Bell — Restaurant in Greenville

The young man that seemed to be in charge this evening was very nice. We get the Mexican pizza combo. It was good, however had a hint of cinnamon, I suppose from the cinnamon twist work area. We still ate it because we were hungry. The girl in the lobby however was not happy that we came in to dine at 9:30 and the closed at 10:00 inside. She had taken the spout off of the drink machines and didn’t offer to put it back so we could get our drinks. So when we pushed the button the Pepsi sprayed us both. She said she was cleaning because they were about to close. She also took the bags from the trash cans and didn’t put new ones in the bin so when we left at 9:50 we had to hand our tray to the nice young man behind the counter. I understand preparing to close ahead of time but drop the the snappy rude comments to your customers. We had just come from the hospital visiting a family member that is in intensive care. We would have eaten earlier if we could have. Be nice always to others. You never know what they may be going through. Just saying the young lady in the lobby cleaning the machines and tables can still learn to be nice to all customers even at 9:30 pm. Yas, I gave them a 5 star and if they were more stars to give, I would have given them those too. I order the Nacho Party Pack Beef. Let me explain something to you, the preparer/s in this store tonight really care about the customers and how they will react to appearance because everything that I added and didn't want on this order, they did right on point. And to the delivery driver who bought the food just like it was prepared, she did an awesome job. I should have given her more than a $1.00 because she did great too. I order through Grubhub and the delivery was great because my food was ready and on point. This is the best service I have gotten this year from delivery. Here's proof of the good-looking nacho party pack, and it's worth the money which was not pricey at all. I added at a little and I taken off a little. This store did a great job with my order. Completely unprofessional. I was given the wrong order, when i went in to correct it, i was asked my order 3 different times. The last time to which I inquired "couldnt your system just pull it up, you know recall the order? I am now under the impression the cashier deliberately did not ring in my order so he could pocket the money for himself. The manager was the only saving grace even as I began to get upset, she kept her cool. She ironed out a terrible situation. However there is something to be said because her staff in no way, shape or form helped in that particular situation. So to her my hat is off you did great ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ as for the gentleman cashier working the window, whom laughed as she tried to fix HIS mistake you get 👎👎👎.
