I have had the WORST EXPERIENCE EVER… The driver DELIBERATELY LEFT MY PIZZA ON THE GROUND. He delivered it early, didn’t contact any phone number we had on file, and drove back to the store. I spoke with AUSTIN PUTNAM, the “franchisee” and he said that it’s DOMINO’S POLICY/CULTURE NATIONWIDE TO LEAVE IT ON THE GROUND even though he’s just a “franchisee”. He saw nothing wrong with the driver’s actions even though that driver has had countless complaints against him. This is the second time that we have had this driver. The first time, he ASKED IF I ALREADY TIPPED HIM AS SOON AS I OPENED THE DOOR, then proceeded to drop my food ON THE GROUND while he was pulling it out of the bag. But the “franchisee” sees nothing wrong with this type of behavior in his employees. I asked him if we were on a recorded line and he said “Yes”. I will contact Domino’s Corporate about this incident and see if they feel the same way. The woman who picked up the phone at the store had more empathy and was understanding about the situation, but when the “franchisee” took over the call to “mediate” the situation, he made it much much worse. I appreciate the product itself from the cooks at the restaurant, but until this is resolved, I will not be a customer “nationwide”.

Ive always had good service which Is why I'm so annoyed at this. As I write this review I have had the tracker on "quality check" for an hour now. My order was suppose to be here at 8-8:13. I just called her and she said "yeah our delivery time is 90 minutes he is just bagging it up about to leave" than why was it on quality check for an hour? And no apology or reasoning for when I asked her about the hour long quality check. And why is he JUST NOW LEAVING at the time it was suppose to be here? Why didn't I at LEAST get a phone call or alert that it was going to be late? It better not be cold when it gets here because the fact that it was on quality check for an hour tells me it's going to be cold.. I realize you are short staff but you could have AT LEAST LET ME KNOW. My order is number #970 on Jul 26th. I am not angry at the driver. It's not his fault. But whoever is in charge needs to do better. Please. Edit: so I finally got my order at 848. When the tracker said 813. AND instead of the two ranches I ordered, I got 2 marinara. The only reason I'm giving it 2 stars is because the driver actually did his job right. Thank you to him!

Talked to “Stephanie” the manager at this location who rudely let me know “If you’re calling to tell me your pizza is shaken up, I’m not replacing it! I have had 7 calls about shaken up pizza and I have had to remake it 7 times and I’m not remaking your pizza 🍕”! After listening to this I tried to reason with her and ask her if she was going to make me pay for what other customers have experienced and she said “Yes” people are trying to get free pizza. After a few back and forths she still refused to remake my pizza and said she could give me a credit and that was all. I took the credit but I wanted my pizza Obviously her drivers are playing hockey 🏒 with the pizza today this is only a highlight of the conversation. As a former restaurant owner this is absolutely unacceptable service and I know Dominoes is better than this. So I’m sitting here with a pizza sandwich that is stuck together trying to figure out how to make sense of this mess.

I really truly wish I could provide a “zero” star review. The service I received at this establishment is absolutely minimal. I placed an order tonight 8/28 for 2 medium pizzas and boneless chicken wings. The wings were not delivered. I called the location and was quoted 20 minutes to have them re-delivered, at that time the manager was dismissive and rude, but I ignored it. I just wanted my food. 50 minutes later, no delivery. I call back. The manager, Rudy or Ruby, again was probably the least hospitable person I’ve ever encountered. First and foremost, the wings were for my daughter who doesn’t eat pizza. It was 8:50PM and she now hasn’t eaten and has school in the morning. The “manager” proceeds to yell about how “she’s too busy” and they deliver orders based on “what makes sense.” Well it would make sense that my order was RIGHT the first time. As a manager she is ultimately responsible for every order and interaction on her shift. She continued to yell, overtalk me, refused to listen to what I had to say. “Rude” is an understatement to describe this employee. The mistake was not my fault, I didn’t deliver the wrong order, I wasn’t the person being rude to the PAYING CUSTOMER, and my daughter shouldn’t have to suffer because the establishment is getting orders and doing what they’re being PAID to do. Although I’m certain customer service is in their job description, definitely something she lacks. Oh, last to mention, she yelled “I’LL GIVE YOU A $10 CREDIT” before hanging up on me. Dominos Pizza S. Pleasant Dr. Greenville SC - I had a credit on my Dominoes Pizza Acct of $24 since 8/20 with additional online orders that was paid in full between 8/20 to 2/22/21. The last order was placed on Super Bowl Sunday, 2/7/21, to the tune of 32.33. When the order was delivered the 2 thin crust 3 topping pizza's was square cut and burnt. In the special instructions was pie cut and I thought it went without typing please don't burn either pizza. l called in with my incorrect pizza, square cut and burnt they were closing so I said no you don't have to remake the pizza and deliver tonight since you are closing. I will take a credit for both pizzas. Some illiterate girl gets on the phone and wanted to know what the problem was. Restated the issue. She stated the credit would be for $12. I told her 6.99 x 2 was 14 not 12. Called in an order to use my credits. Was told by Jennifer (claiming General Manager status-joke) the 25.00 credit could not be used in conjunction with the coupon offers. After the Gen Mgr(fake) called her Mgr(real) and me being quite upset stating if you can't use the coupons then put my money back on my card it was agreed that I could use it. I called back in to state that I should not owe Dominos any money because the $14 credit was not on the acct. Gen Mgr(fake) stated that I would forfeit all the credit if I didn't take the order and was not getting the $14 credit. I am just...

Ordered delivery and as soon as I carried the pizza inside the smell hit me. Not to mention they left the box on the ground when I have porch chairs that every other deliver driver seems to understand it's better to put food here vs on the ground ..The pizza literally smelled exactly like canned cat food. I thought maybe it was the pepperoni since I've heard some people say that dominos pepperoni sometimes tastes and smells bad... So I tried the half of the pizza without pepperoni. I immediately spit it out. Disgusting doesn't even cover it ... In no way, unless you were extremely inebriated, could a person enjoy eating this foulness (both in taste and smell). The pizza was also quite burnt, with the entire edge being black and about 80% of the pepperonis were black. There was very little cheese so you could just see the sauce underneath and what cheese was left was also burnt. I also ordered the new 5 cheese dip. Y'all... 😂 This thing was MAYBE half an inch high and had a huge pile of oil right in the middle that I actually just took to the sink and poured off, that's how much it was. Needless to say nothing from the dinner was eaten and it went in the trash. IDK what dominos is putting in their pepperoni to make it smell so rancid, but this is a thing.
