Habit Burger & Grill — Restaurant in Greenville

This was our 5th time and by far the worst. The service was very slow in the drive through. There was only one car in front of us and nobody inside. We don’t receive one of our burgers and discovered it 5 minutes down the road and came back. I was told they are slow because of the number of workers and them making all the burgers to order. I went inside and there were three workers (i.e. drive through, grill and the manager). I then asked the manager where my burger was and if it had actually been made. He didn’t say anything and made a burger. Then, when we arrived home we discovered it was a single and not the double I paid for and it had a ton of mayo. They used to have a different sauce. Another worker gave me two cards for free burgers before I discovered that burger was wrong too. The corporate number doesn’t have an actual person and the complaint system on their website is too complex. I will never visit here again. I think the workers are all out of it too. Weird situation. Very disappointed with our recent visit. We've eaten at this Habit Burger before, but this experience made me regret coming back. Customer service was practically non-existent... no hustle, no engagement, and absolutely no understanding of food allergies despite having documented protocols in place.

We waited over 25 minutes for a simple order: double burger and fries, and a kids' chicken meal. I informed the staff of my other child's dairy allergy, and was met with blank stares and shoulder shrugs. When the manager was called over, he seemed completely unprepared to handle the situation—just handed me a food matrix notebook without any explanation or reassurance and walked away.

This was supposed to be a family birthday meal because we believed it was a safe option for everyone. Instead, my husband had to take our child to Chipotle so he could safely eat. This location is my first experience with Habit Burger and Grill, and I have to say that I've been pleasantly surprised. Their burgers are incredibly flavorful and juicy. My burgers here have easily been the best burgers I've ever had. Their mushrooms are so savory and well cooked! Their fries are also very good, being crispy and flavorful. The employees are all very friendly and the service has seemed very quick, though that may be influenced by how few people seem to have discovered this place so far. I love the order kiosks, they let me heavily customize my order without bothering the employees or risking a miscommunication. In summary, Habit Burger and Grill offers incredible food comparable and maybe even better than Five Guys at a lower price. They're definitely pricier than other fast food, but it's well worth the difference. I highly recommend...
