Very disappointed with the way this Waffle House employee represent the brand, the server Kristin ignored us while standing in front of her for over 10 minutes, she had to acknowledge me just cause there were 3 people ready to pay behind me, I understand if youāre busy but all I ask is a (weāll be right with you) she took our order in a rush and got half of the order wrong, she realized the mistake as she was bagging the food and ask if it was ok, I told her it was ok as long as the Texas melt didnāt have onions and she said she made sure, just to come home To realize it actually had onion, I came back and she ignored us some more lol, as I knew this was the norm I just let her know of the issue straight up, kind of interrupting what she was doing, she asked the kitchen for a remake but never apologized, the cook had the melt done in minutes and it hung on the table for another 5 minutes until a cook told her about it and she didnāt even knew what was that for, I had to intervene and let her know it was our remake, she tossed it in front of me and end of story. I just moved 2 blocks away from them and I can guarantee they lost a customer on the first try, you could give me free food for life and I would still not come back to that location, luckily thereās another...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreIt was nice and quiet when I walked in only a few people seated... the waitress was very nice but they were backed up on orders but yet hardly anybody on the inside... I placed my order and I told the waitress I would be back in 15 mins to pick it up... I waited, went back inside and yet the order wasn't up, no clue on what the cook was doing but it took less this a few mins to get my order ready after the fact... Texas bacon cheese melt plate with a waffle, scrambled eggs and 4 sausage patties... Now the waitress tells me at the end after my order was packed that they are out of plastic forks and spoons along with pepper. That should have been told to me in the beginning... she did offer silverware to eat with but I didn't take it cause of the cleaning methods used to clean and I ate with my hands. Food was ok... took them less then 15 mins to cook but yet the wait time was about 30 and they had 6 people in the place 5 was already eating and I was waiting... make it make sense... also the upper manager or who ever does inventory needs to have plastic wear a must have at all time especially with Togo orders... need to keep that in stock...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreFood is good and cooked to order. Nothing is sitting on a warming tray. As with every Waffle House I've been to, the building is small and the booths are skinny. We received exactly what was ordered without more than an expected time to cook everything fresh. Overall, the restaurant is clean and the staff is nice. The only problem is that the music is so loud that I had to turn off my hearing aids. It was literally painful. My daughter was with me and as a teenager, she was struggling to ignore the blaring music and hear the waitress. So, we simply gave up on trying to hear her and we ordered. We ensured that we pointed at what we were ordering because we worried she couldn't hear us either. If they would simply turn down the music, it would be a great location. I seriously doubt that anyone goes to Waffle House at 7am to hear autotuned babbling with the volume...
